Assessoramos também na regularização de imóveis rurais e urbanos, sua aquisição e a sistematização de empreendimentos nos contextos urbanístico e administrativo.Responsabilidades e atribuições Função administrativa e jurídica voltada à área imobiliária;Auxiliar na obtenção de certidões e demais documentos para auditorias jurídicas;Alimentar, controlar e atualizar planilhas e bases de dados em Excel;Realizar diligências junto a cartórios, prefeituras, órgãos públicos e demais entidades competentes, bem como manter contato periódico para atualização de procedimentos;Auxiliar no acompanhamento, controle e atendimento de condições precedentes, providenciando documentos, certidões, aprovações e demais requisitos necessários à formalização e fechamento das operações;Auxiliar na gestão de contratos imobiliários, incluindo elaboração de controles, acompanhamento do fluxo contratual, controle de prazos, obrigações e suporte aos registros perante os órgãos competentes;Auxiliar no registro de contratos e demais instrumentos relacionados às operações imobiliárias;Auxiliar na conferência de poderes de representação, documentação societária e documentos necessários para formalização das operações;Auxiliar no envio e acompanhamento de documentos e contratos para assinatura eletrônica em plataformas digitais;Auxiliar na organização de documentos, controle de pendências e preparação de relatórios;Auxiliar na contratação e acompanhamento de correspondentes, advogados, contadores e outros prestadores de serviços;Emitir, controlar e encaminhar boletos de pagamento e demais documentos financeiros relacionados às atividades da área.Requisitos e qualificaçõesGraduação em Direito, sem OAB;Experiência como Paralegal em Imobiliário;Excel Intermediário/Avançado;
