A OSID – Obras Sociais Irmã Dulce é uma das maiores instituições filantrópicas do país, com cerca de 5,6 milhões de procedimentos ambulatoriais por ano, na Bahia, a usuários do Sistema Único de Saúde (SUS), idosos, pessoas com deficiência e com deformidades craniofaciais, pessoas em situação de rua, usuários de substâncias psicoativas e crianças e adolescentes em situação de risco social. A entidade conta com um perfil de serviços único no Brasil, distribuídos em 21 núcleos que prestam assistência à população de baixa renda nas áreas de Saúde, Assistência Social, Pesquisa Científica, Ensino em Saúde, Educação e na preservação e difusão da história de sua fundadora, Santa Dulce dos Pobres.Responsabilidades e atribuições1. Atuar em equipe com proposta interprofissional; 2. Realizar atendimento à pessoas com deficiência física, intelectual, auditiva, visual e múltipla em suas diversidades;3. Participar de reuniões interprofissionais para planejamento, monitoramento e avaliação de propostas de atendimento e discussão de casos clínicos, com elaboração de PTS; 4. Realizar atendimentos de acolhimento, suporte e orientação a familiares e responsáveis pelos pacientes; 6. Planejar, organizar e mediar atendimentos em grupo de pacientes, e familiares; 5. Diagnosticar e avaliar a funcionalidade; 6. Articular com os outros componentes de atenção da Rede de Cuidados à Pessoa com Deficiência (atenção básica, hospitalar e de urgência e emergência);7. Articular junto aos serviços de proteção social, educação, esporte, cultura, entre outros;8. Realizar avaliação para uso de tecnologias assistivas para pessoas com deficiência;9. Realizar avaliação visual e treino de recursos ópticos e não ópticos e orientação e mobilidade para pessoas com deficiência visual;10. Realizar atividades e acompanhamentos que visem a inclusão escolar na perspectiva da educação inclusiva;11. Realizar atendimento pedagógicos que favoreçam o aprendizado para a vida, considerando aspectos de inclusão social e profissional;12. Elaborar instruções e instrumentos de avaliação, planejar, organizar e desenvolver estratégias de educação permanente, contemplando diferentes temáticas que favoreçam a temática da pessoa com deficiência para pacientes, familiares, professores, e profissionais de diversas áreas de atuação;13. Planejar e realizar ações de matricialmente por articulação para intercâmbio de informações e compartilhamento de responsabilidades na condução de PTS’s em rede;                                    14. Planejar e realizar atividades externas que favoreçam a participação e inclusão social das pessoas com deficiência, orientando e acompanhando instrutores educacionais.                                15.
