Responsável por executar serviços de construção, reforma, manutenção e conservação predial, realizando atividades de alvenaria, concretagem, revestimentos, assentamento de pisos e azulejos, reparos estruturais e demais serviços relacionados à infraestrutura das unidades. Atua no preparo e aplicação de materiais, utilização de ferramentas e equipamentos da área, garantindo a qualidade dos serviços executados, organização do ambiente de trabalho e cumprimento das normas de segurança e procedimentos internos da empresa.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesExecutar serviços de construção, reforma e manutenção predial.Realizar trabalhos de alvenaria, reboco, concretagem e revestimentos.Executar assentamento de pisos, azulejos, calçadas e demais acabamentos.Realizar reparos em estruturas civis, paredes, telhados e instalações prediais.Preparar e aplicar argamassas, concretos e demais materiais utilizados na execução dos serviços.Operar ferramentas e equipamentos próprios da função.Auxiliar na organização do local de trabalho e armazenamento de materiais.Zelar pela conservação das ferramentas, equipamentos e patrimônio da empresa.Cumprir normas de segurança, procedimentos internos e orientações da liderança.Executar atividades correlatas conforme necessidade da área.Requisitos e qualificaçõesObrigatóriosExperiência comprovada como Pedreiro.Conhecimento em serviços de alvenaria, acabamento e manutenção predial.Conhecimento no uso de ferramentas e materiais da construção civil.Disponibilidade para deslocamentos entre unidades, quando necessário.DesejáveisEnsino Fundamental completo;Certificação NR-10 atualizada;Certificação NR-35 (Trabalho em Altura) válida;Certificação NR-33 (Espaço Confinado) válida;Conhecimento em manutenção predial preventiva e corretiva.Informações adicionaisBenefícios Vale alimentaçãoSeguro de vidaPrêmio AssiduidadeVale Transporte JornadaJornada de trabalho de 220 horas mensais e 44h semanais, de segunda a sexta-feira, com compensação do sábado durante a semana (08h48 diárias).
