Buscamos uma pessoa apaixonada por moda, atendimento e relacionamento para atuar como Personal Shopper PatBO, oferecendo uma experiência de compra exclusiva, personalizada e alinhada à essência da marca.Essa profissional será responsável por compreender o estilo, as preferências e as necessidades de cada cliente, oferecendo uma curadoria de produtos relevante para diferentes ocasiões. A posição terá papel fundamental no fortalecimento do relacionamento com nossas clientes, na fidelização e no crescimento das vendas.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar atendimento personalizado por meio dos canais digitais da PatBO;Compreender o perfil, as preferências e as necessidades de cada cliente;Criar curadorias de produtos e sugestões de looks para diferentes ocasiões;Apresentar lançamentos, novidades e produtos alinhados ao estilo da cliente;Acompanhar toda a jornada de compra, oferecendo suporte consultivo e ágil;Desenvolver e manter um relacionamento próximo com a carteira de clientes;Realizar ações de clienteling e contatos proativos para gerar novas oportunidades de venda;Apoiar clientes com dúvidas sobre produtos, tamanhos, disponibilidade, pedidos, trocas e devoluções;Trabalhar com foco no atingimento de metas de vendas, conversão, ticket médio e fidelização;Registrar atendimentos e informações relevantes nos sistemas da empresa;Compartilhar feedbacks e percepções das clientes com as áreas responsáveis, contribuindo para a melhoria contínua da experiência de compra;Manter-se atualizada sobre coleções, produtos, campanhas e tendências de moda.Requisitos e qualificaçõesExperiência com atendimento ao cliente e/ou vendas;Excelente comunicação verbal e escrita;Perfil comercial, consultivo e orientado a resultados;Sensibilidade para compreender diferentes estilos e necessidades;Organização, agilidade e atenção aos detalhes;Facilidade para construir relacionamentos e proporcionar experiências memoráveis;Afinidade com moda, tendências e o universo de marcas premium;Familiaridade com ferramentas e canais digitais de atendimento;Disponibilidade e flexibilidade de horário, conforme a necessidade da operação.Informações adicionaisDiferenciaisExperiência como personal shopper ou consultora de vendas em marcas de luxo;Conhecimento sobre styling, moda e composição de looks;Experiência com clienteling, CRM ou atendimento digital;Fluência na língua Inglesa.
