Pesquisador em P&D - Farmacologia Pré-Clínica

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesContribuir para a estratégia pré-clínica de projetos de descoberta e desenvolvimento de novos fármacos, participando da definição, desenho experimental, acompanhamento e interpretação de estudos in vitro e in vivo de farmacologia, eficácia e segurança;Analisar criticamente e integrar dados pré-clínicos, transformando resultados experimentais em recomendações técnico-científicas que apoiem a evolução dos projetos e decisões de go/no-go;Trabalhar de forma multidisciplinar, integrando dados e conhecimento de Farmacologia com áreas como Química Medicinal, DMPK/Farmacocinética e Segurança, contribuindo para a seleção e caracterização de candidatos a novos medicamentos;Planejar, revisar e acompanhar protocolos e pacotes experimentais, assegurando rigor científico, qualidade metodológica e consistência na interpretação dos resultados;Realizar análises críticas da literatura científica para suportar hipóteses, estratégias experimentais, seleção de modelos e avaliação de diferentes indicações terapêuticas;Supervisionar cientificamente estudos conduzidos por CROs e parceiros externos, acompanhando protocolos, execução, resultados e relatórios dos estudos sob sua responsabilidade; Comunicar resultados, hipóteses e recomendações por meio de discussões e apresentações técnico-científicas para equipes multidisciplinares, contribuindo para as decisões dos projetos;Contribuir para a orientação e desenvolvimento científico de pesquisadores, compartilhando conhecimento e boas práticas em desenho experimental e análise crítica de dados;Assegurar o acompanhamento dos estudos sob sua responsabilidade, incluindo cronogramas, documentação e interfaces necessárias com parceiros internos e externos.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesGraduação em Farmácia, Biologia, Biotecnologia ou áreas correlatas.Doutorado em Farmacologia, Ciências Biológicas, Ciências da Saúde ou áreas afins, preferencialmente com experiência em pesquisa pré-clínica e/ou descoberta de fármacos;

Inglês avançado, com capacidade para leitura e discussão de literatura científica e interação em ambiente técnico internacional.Experiência sólida em Farmacologia experimental, incluindo planejamento, desenho experimental, análise crítica e interpretação de estudos in vitro e in vivo;Capacidade de integrar e interpretar dados de diferentes disciplinas, contribuindo para a construção de hipóteses, definição de estratégias experimentais e tomada de decisão em projetos de Drug Discovery;Conhecimento de estatística aplicada às ciências biológicas, desenho experimental e interpretação crítica de dados;Autonomia na busca, avaliação crítica e síntese de literatura científica, bem como no uso de ferramentas para análise e apresentação de dados;Capacidade de comunicação técnico-científica, pensamento crítico, colaboração e atuação em equipes multidisciplinares.

Serão considerados diferenciais:

Experiência em Drug Discovery e/ou programas de desenvolvimento pré-clínico;Conhecimento ou experiência em áreas complementares, como DMPK/Farmacocinética, PK/PD, eletrofisiologia, biologia molecular e experimentação animal;Experiência na interação ou supervisão científica de CROs e parceiros externos;Pós-doutorado ou experiência científica internacional.
