Esta oportunidade faz parte do modelo misto de recrutamento do CNPEM e está aberta a candidaturas de profissionais internos e externos simultaneamente.Para atuar no Grupo Quati do Laboratório Nacional de Luz Síncrotron (LNLS).A linha de luz QUATI permitirá a realização de experimentos de espectroscopia de absorção de raios X de alta qualidade e alta resolução temporal. Na linha de luz QUATI serão realizadas análises espectroscópicas em tempo real de uma enorme variedade de processos físicos e químicos, como síntese de materiais, estudos de nanopartículas e catalisadores. Os experimentos poderão ser realizados em altas temperaturas, sob fluxo ou pressão de gases em condição de operação.A equipe também se interessa pelo estudos de catalisadores, materiais para produção e armazenamento de hidrogênio e sensores, como também pelo desenvolvimento de novas técnicas baseadas em absorção de raios X (particularmente XES, HR-XAS, RIXS, etc) e pelo desenvolvimento de instrumentação cientifica apropriada para a realização de estudos in situ na linha de luz.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesApoiar a operação diária, a manutenção e o desenvolvimento contínuo da linha QUATI, garantindo alto desempenho, confiabilidade e inovação tecnológica;Desenvolver e implementar ambientes de amostragem avançados, especialmente projetados para estudos in situ em química de soluções e áreas correlatas;Prestar suporte científico e técnico de alto nível a usuários acadêmicos e industriais, auxiliando no planejamento experimental, montagem, aquisição de dados, processamento e interpretação de resultados de XAS;Contribuir para a expansão da comunidade de usuários da QUATI, identificando novas aplicações da técnica e desenvolvendo metodologias adequadas às necessidades de diferentes áreas científicas (ciências ambientais, geociências, biologia, ciência dos materiais, patrimônio cultural, entre outras);Conduzir projetos de pesquisa independentes e colaborativos em espectroscopia de raios X, alinhados à sua expertise científica e contribuindo para iniciativas de pesquisa interdisciplinar;Contribuir para a formação de usuários, elaboração de protocolos experimentais e supervisão de estudantes, doutorandos e pós-doutorandos;Participar de atividades de divulgação científica e disseminação de resultados, incluindo publicações, apresentações em conferências e relatórios internos ou externos.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesDoutorado Completo em Química, Ciência dos Materiais, Física, Geociências, Ciências Ambientais, Biologia, com foco em espectroscopia de raios X;Inglês Avançado;Experiência em XAS, preferencialmente com atuação prática em experimentos in situ com líquidos e sólidos;Interesse e capacidade para desenvolver novas aplicações de técnicas de raios X em diferentes áreas científicas e para atuar junto a comunidades de usuários diversificadas;Disponibilidade para trabalho aos finais de semana e noturno, conforme a necessidade operacional da linha;Diferencial Experiência com instrumentação de linha de luz, automação e ferramentas de análise de dados.
