Aqui, cada voz importa e, em união, realizamos sonhos!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesComo será o dia a dia: Administrar e sustentar os serviços Microsoft 365, incluindo Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online e OneDrive;Gerenciar identidades, grupos, licenças e acessos através do Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD);Atuar na manutenção e evolução dos ambientes híbridos entre Active Directory e Microsoft 365;Apoiar a implementação e sustentação de políticas de segurança, compliance e governança da plataforma Microsoft;Administrar soluções de segurança Microsoft, como Defender for Endpoint, Defender for Office 365, Defender for Identity e Cloud Apps;Atuar na investigação inicial de incidentes de segurança e apoiar processos de resposta e mitigação;Apoiar auditorias, controles internos, conformidade regulatória e iniciativas de governança;Implementar e manter controles de acesso, MFA, Conditional Access e boas práticas de Zero Trust;Automatizar atividades operacionais utilizando PowerShell e outras ferramentas da plataforma Microsoft;Administrar e sustentar ambientes Windows Server, incluindo Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, File Server e Group Policies (GPO);Executar atividades de administração, monitoramento, troubleshooting, aplicação de patches, hardening e atualização de servidores Windows;Apoiar projetos de migração, atualização tecnológica e evolução dos serviços de infraestrutura Microsoft;Produzir e manter documentação técnica, procedimentos operacionais e base de conhecimento;Trabalhar em conjunto com os times de Infraestrutura, Cloud, Redes, Cibersegurança, Governança e Service Desk para garantir a disponibilidade e segurança dos serviços corporativos; Requisitos e qualificações O que esperamos de você: 

Ensino Superior Completo, Ciência da Computação - Sistemas de Informação - Análise e Desenvolvimento de Sistemas - Gestão da Tecnologia da Informação - Engenharia da Computação - Rede de Computadores;Experiência em administração de ambientes Microsoft 365;Conhecimento em Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD);Experiência com Exchange Online;Conhecimento em Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online e OneDrive for Business;Experiência com Active Directory e ambientes híbridos;Experiência na administração e sustentação de ambientes Windows Server (2016, 2019 e/ou 2022);Conhecimento em Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS), DNS, DHCP, File Services e Group Policies (GPO);Experiencia em gestão Intune e RBAC;Experiência com MFA, Conditional Access e controles de acesso;Experiência com troubleshooting de autenticação, sincronização e acesso;Experiência com administração, monitoramento, aplicação de patches e hardening de servidores Windows;Conhecimentos de PowerShell para automação administrativa;Conhecimentos em redes, DNS, TCP/IP e conceitos de infraestrutura;Boa capacidade de documentação técnica e organização de processos.
