Apoiamos, ainda, investidores internacionais no mercado brasileiro.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesEstruturação e participação em operações de emissão pública e privada de títulos de dívida, tais como ofertas de debêntures, certificados de recebíveis, notas promissórias e outros valores mobiliários;Reestruturação de dívidas com bancos nacionais e estrangeiros;Atuação em operações bancárias e operações sindicalizadas;Elaboração e revisão de documentos principais e acessórios das operações de mercado de capitais (com foco em dívidas e securitização);Elaboração e revisão de instrumentos de garantia, bem como de atos societários no âmbito das operações de mercado de capitais;Realização e acompanhamento de auditorias jurídicas (due diligence);Pesquisas jurídicas relacionadas às normas, regulação e jurisprudência aplicáveis aos mercados financeiro e de capitais;Assessoria na elaboração de opiniões, memorandos e pareceres jurídicos; eApoio no desenvolvimento e treinamento das pessoas estagiárias.Requisitos e qualificaçõesGraduação completa em Direito;Necessário experiência na área de Mercado de Capitais com foco em dívida e securitização;Conhecimento das regulamentações aplicáveis; eInglês avançado/fluente.Informações adicionaisVariável anual;Assistência médica e odontológica;Wellhub;Zenklub;Auxílio home office;Estacionamento.
