Buscamos Advogado(a) Pleno para integrar a área de Consultoria Tributária, com atuação em projetos consultivos envolvendo especialmente tributos diretos, reorganizações societárias, planejamento patrimonial e sucessório e operações de M&A.Nossa equipe assessora empresas nacionais e multinacionais, fundos de investimento e famílias em questões tributárias estratégicas, combinando conhecimento técnico com uma abordagem prática e integrada aos aspectos societários, contábeis e financeiros de cada operação.O profissional terá contato direto com projetos de diferentes níveis de complexidade e participará ativamente da análise e estruturação de operações, elaboração de materiais técnicos e interação com clientes.

Responsabilidades e atribuições Atuação em projetos de consultoria tributária, com foco em tributos diretos;Assessoria tributária em reorganizações societárias, operações de M&A e outras operações societárias;Participação em projetos de planejamento patrimonial e sucessório;Análise de impactos tributários de estruturas e operações empresariais;Elaboração de memorandos, pareceres, e-mails, apresentações e outros materiais técnicos;Pesquisa e análise de legislação, jurisprudência e manifestações das autoridades fiscais;Análise de documentos societários, contábeis e financeiros sob a perspectiva tributária;Participação em reuniões e discussões com clientes e demais assessores envolvidos nos projetos.

Requisitos e qualificações Graduação completa em Direito e inscrição ativa na OAB;Experiência prévia em consultoria tributária, preferencialmente em escritório de advocacia;Conhecimento e experiência com tributos diretos;Inglês avançado;Boa capacidade de análise, redação e comunicação;Interesse em desenvolver uma atuação consultiva e multidisciplinar.Serão considerados diferenciais:Experiência com reorganizações societárias e operações de M&A;Experiência com planejamento patrimonial e sucessório;Conhecimentos contábeis e financeiros aplicados à área tributária;Bom domínio de Excel, especialmente para elaboração e revisão de cálculos e análises financeiras.
