Junte-se a nós para redefinir os limites do possível.Estamos em busca de Advogados (as) engajados, motivados e proativos para integrar nosso time como Secondment. Se você é apaixonado(a) por Direito Digital e deseja desenvolver suas habilidades em um ambiente cheio de aprendizado, dinamismo e desafios, esta é a oportunidade ideal.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesCondução de entrevistas para mapeamento de atividades de tratamento de dados (ROPA);Elaboração de Relatórios de Impacto à Proteção de Dados Pessoais (RIPD) e Testes de Balanceamento;Análises de projetos envolvendo o tratamento de dados pessoais, em processos de Privacy by Design;Apoio na implementação de programas de governança em privacidade, incluindo elaboração de políticas, gestão de controles e conduções de treinamentos;Participação em projetos de adequação à LGPD para organização de diversos setores e portes;Apoio na configuração e gestão de atividades por meio de ferramentas e gestão de programas de privacidade (ex: OneTrust, Privally, Securiti.ia);Elaboração de análises de riscos e de recomendações de medidas técnicas e organizacionais para proteção de dados.Requisitos e qualificaçõesOAB/SP ativa;Experiência com Proteção de Dados ou como Data Protection Officer;Experiência com ferramentas de gestão de programas de privacidade (ex: OneTrust, Privally, Securiti.ai);Conhecimento de outras legislações de proteção de dados (especialmente o GDPR) e de frameworks como ISO 27701, NIST Privacy Framework e normas ISO 27001/27002;Experiência prévia em projetos de adequação ou auditoria de proteção de dados;Certificações (ex: CIPM, CDPO, CIPPE, EXIN Privacy & Data Protection).Inglês intermediário e/ou avançado.
