Não toleramos absolutamente nenhum tipo de discriminação, seja sexual, racial, social, religiosa, entre outras.Se você se identifica com o nosso propósito e cultura, junte-se a nós!Cadastre seu perfil 🚀✨Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPonto focal do relacionamento com clientes e famílias no pós-venda, atuando para garantir uma experiência de atendimento próxima e resolutiva;Acompanhar solicitações, dúvidas, necessidades e eventuais reclamações dos clientes, realizando os devidos follow-ups e articulando soluções com as áreas internas, equilibrando necessidades das famílias com as diretrizes operacionais e clínicas da instituição;Realizar reuniões com clientes e famílias para acolhimento, esclarecimento de dúvidas e alinhamento de demandas;Apoiar alterações relacionadas ao escopo dos serviços, como aumento ou redução de horas, alterações contratuais e demais adequações necessárias;Identificar riscos de insatisfação e evasão de clientes, atuando de forma preventiva na retenção e reversão de possíveis cancelamentos;Registrar e manter atualizadas as informações da carteira de clientes, interações e tratativas no CRM, garantindo a qualidade dos dados e dos indicadores da área;Analisar feedbacks e demandas dos clientes, identificando tendências e oportunidades de melhoria nos processos e na experiência;Atuar de forma colaborativa com as áreas internas para solucionar demandas dos clientes e garantir a continuidade e qualidade dos serviços;Apoiar a coordenação em projetos e iniciativas estratégicas relacionadas à área de Pós-Vendas.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação: Graduação concluída em Gestão Comercial, Administração, Marketing, Comunicação Social ou áreas correlatas.Ferramentas: Conhecimento em sistemas de CRM; Pacote Office Básico; Excel Básico com foco em alimentação de planilha e organização de dados (filtro, gráficos simples, formulas básicas).Experiência: Mínimo de 1 ano atuando com atendimento ao cliente e/ou rotina administrativa.Será diferencial: Cursos na área de Experiência do Cliente;Atuação com atendimento ao cliente e/ou vendas na área da saúde e/ou assistencial.
