Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAdministrar os benefícios corporativos;Realizar inclusões, alterações e exclusões de benefícios;Atender profissionais e esclarecer dúvidas;Conferir faturamentos e apoiar os controles da área;Elaborar relatórios e acompanhar indicadores;Atuar em conjunto com fornecedores e áreas internas para garantir a qualidade dos processos;

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior completo ou cursando em Administração, Recursos Humanos ou áreas correlatas;Experiência prévia com administração de benefícios, Departamento Pessoal ou rotinas de Recursos Humanos;Conhecimento em Excel e facilidade na utilização de sistemas de RH e plataformas de gestão de benefícios;Vivência com movimentações, conferências e controles de benefícios, como assistência médica e odontológica, seguro de vida e benefícios flexíveis;Experiência no atendimento a colaboradores e interface com fornecedores e operadoras de benefícios;Perfil organizado e analítico, com atenção aos detalhes, boa comunicação e capacidade de trabalhar de forma colaborativa;Interesse por melhoria contínua, inovação e automação de processos, incluindo o uso de ferramentas de Inteligência Artificial aplicadas às rotinas de RH;Conhecimento em Power BI, indicadores de RH e ferramentas de gestão de benefícios será considerado um diferencial.Informações adicionaisConhecimento em sistemas de benefícios, em especial IFood, assistência médica e odontológica Bradesco. Atuação com corretoras de vale transporte e benefícios seguráveis. Atuação com benefícios não seguráveis. Controle de processos, conhecimento em Excel. E atendimento a profissionais.
