Se você se identifica com nosso propósito, vamos juntos imaginar um futuro e engenhá-lo?Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesDescrição sumária:Responsável por atuar nas atividades relacionadas ao monitoramento dos resultados financeiros dos contratos, controle de custos e administração contratual, envolvendo administração de escopos, análise de pleitos e controle de prazos contratuais, bem como executar a medição dos contratos e serviços e verificar a conformidade das documentações contratuais apresentadas para liberação de pagamentos de contratadas.Descrição detalhada:O Analista de Contratos e Custos é um profissional fundamental para garantir a gestão eficiente e o controle financeiro dos contratos da empresa. Esse profissional atua no acompanhamento, análise e validação dos contratos firmados, assegurando que os custos estejam alinhados com o planejado e que as cláusulas contratuais sejam cumpridas conforme as normas internas e regulatórias.Principais responsabilidades:Analisar contratos, identificando riscos, oportunidades e pontos de melhoria.Monitorar os custos dos contratos, acompanhando desvios orçamentários e propondo ações corretivas.Realizar a medição da performance contratual (SLA), aplicando penalidades quando previsto em contrato.Elaborar relatórios gerenciais e indicadores para suporte à tomada de decisão.Atuar na interface com as áreas Jurídica, Financeira e Operacional, garantindo a conformidade dos processos.Elaborar e desenvolver escopos para contratação de fornecedores e prestadores de serviços.Apoiar negociações de termos contratuais e revisões de contratos e documentos.Acompanhar o cumprimento das obrigações contratuais, assegurando prazos, qualidade e conformidade.Identificar oportunidades de otimização de custos, mitigação de riscos e melhoria contínua dos processos de contratos.Requisitos e qualificaçõesComo requisito básico, você deve ter:Ensino superior completo em Administração, Economia, Engenharia, Direito ou áreas correlatas.Experiência em gestão contratual e controle de custos.Vivência em análise de contratos e acompanhamento de custos.Conhecimento em gestão financeira e sistemas ERP.Domínio de ferramentas do Pacote Office, com ênfase em Excel.Conhecimento das normas e legislações aplicáveis à gestão de contratos.Capacidade analítica para avaliação de contratos, custos e indicadores.Habilidade para elaboração e interpretação de relatórios gerenciais.Boa comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal para interface com diferentes áreas.Organização e capacidade para gerenciar múltiplas demandas e cumprir prazos.Perfil proativo, atento aos detalhes e orientado à melhoria contínua.Diferenciais:Experiência em negociação e administração de contratos.Conhecimento em indicadores de desempenho contratual (SLA).Vivência em ambientes corporativos de médio ou grande porte.Informações adicionaisCaracterísticas da vaga:Regime de contratação: Regular Office (Presencial)Local de atuação: Anchieta/ESHorário de trabalho: 7h30 às 16h49 Benefícios contemplados na vaga:Plano de saúde 💳Plano Odontológico 🦷Seguro de vida ⛑️Transporte 🚌Alimentação 🥖Convênio com Totalpass 🏋️‍♀️Descontos e parcerias com diversas instituições de ensino 📚
