Soluções com uso de Apps e portais.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesO que te espera no dia a dia?Atuar na integração, criação e gestão das jornadas de comunicação com os clientes dentro da Martech. As atividades esperadas são:Criação das jornadas na Martech via Salesforce;Desenvolver a visão e elaboração de negócios;Cuidar do Funil de Marketing (Advertising) e das jornadas;Elaboração, interação, desenvolvimento e acompanhamento das réguas de Engajamento na Martech;Acompanhamento de atividades com clientes internos e externos;Bom relacionamento com clientes internos e externos;Garantia da qualidade e rentabilização dos serviços;Testar e validar novos processos e funcionalidades implementadas;Análise de performance do produto e busca de ações para crescimento;Confecção de apresentações gerenciais de report e pesquisa de mercado (benchmarking);Mapeamento de mercado;Pensamento voltado para encontrar oportunidades novas dentro dos parceiros externos já consolidados;Levantamento de requisitos de negócios.Requisitos e qualificaçõesPara fazer parte do nosso time, é essencial:Experiência anterior com Marketing Cloud Salesforce;Ter cursado Administração, Marketing, Publicidade e Propaganda e/ou áreas correlatas;Conhecimentos de Serviços Digitais (Desejável conhecimento em serviços por assinaturas);Desejável conhecimento em mídias digitais e OffDeck;Conhecimento em pacote Office e Google (Excel, Power Point, Word, etc);Boa habilidade de comunicação verbal e escrita.Informações adicionais E aí, curtiu?
