Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesConduzir processos de onboarding, ativação e implementação para novos clientes;Acompanhar a jornada dos clientes, garantindo engajamento e adoção da plataforma;Monitorar indicadores como ativação, health Score, churn e oportunidades de expansão;Atuar na gestão de carteira de clientes, fortalecendo relacionamento e identificando oportunidades de retenção, renovação e crescimento;Apoiar clientes na extração de valor da plataforma, garantindo uma experiência de sucesso;Colaborar com times de Produto e suporte, levando insights de clientes.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior completo em Publicidade e Propaganda, Marketing, Comunicação, Negócios ou áreas correlatas;Ter experiência no segmento SaaS;Experiência prévia em Customer Success ou área de pós vendas, especialmente com implementação e gestão de carteira de clientes;Conhecimento intermediário nas ferramentas Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.);Disponibilidade para viagens pontuais.Diferenciais:Experiência em empresas SaaS e familiaridade com esse modelo de negócio;Cursos ou certificações em Customer Success, vendas ou áreas correlatas;Conhecimento ou experiência com IA aplicada ao contexto de CS;Vivência com indicadores como Health Score, ativação, churn, NPS e onboarding;Espanhol fluente ou inglês (desejável).
