Trabalhar aqui é fazer parte de uma empresa que une propósito, inovação e impacto social.Atualmente, contamos com um portfólio de mais de 19 marcas e essa posição é para atuar na solução SolarBPM.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesConduzir reuniões com clientes para identificar necessidades e elicitar requisitos funcionais e não funcionais, garantindo clareza e entendimento das demandas.Documentar especificações de processos, user stories e demais materiais necessários para orientar o desenvolvimento das soluções.Mapear e modelar processos de negócio utilizando BPMN, identificando pontos de melhoria e propondo otimizações.Atuar como ponte entre as áreas de negócio dos clientes e as equipes técnicas, traduzindo requisitos em especificações claras e garantindo o alinhamento das entregas.Prestar suporte funcional aos clientes, esclarecendo dúvidas sobre a utilização do software e orientando quanto às funcionalidades disponíveis.Apoiar os clientes na identificação da melhor forma de utilização da solução de acordo com suas necessidades.Participar de testes e homologações internas e com o cliente, garantindo que as soluções atendam aos requisitos definidos e funcionem conforme esperado.Mentalidade digital, curiosidade por novas tecnologias e interesse em entender como a Inteligência Artificial pode transformar processos, experiências e resultados. 

Requisitos e qualificaçõesDisponibilidade para atuação presencial em Florianópolis/SC.

Graduação completa em Engenharia, Tecnologia da Informação ou áreas correlatas.Experiência em análise de negócios, levantamento de requisitos e mapeamento de processos, preferencialmente em empresas de tecnologia ou SaaS.Conhecimento em metodologias ágeis, como Scrum e Kanban.Conhecimento em BPMN e UML.Conhecimento em ferramentas como Jira e Excel.Noções de JavaScript e SQL/Oracle.Conhecimento ou interesse em tecnologias de Inteligência Artificial: ferramentas, aplicações e conceitos.
