Então vem com a gente!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesLiderar a Análise: Entender as necessidades de negócios dos clientes (especialmente em Previdência e Seguros) e transformá-las em User Stories claras e completas, definindo requisitos funcionais e não funcionais.Modelagem e Documentação de Elite: Elaborar e manter documentação técnica de alto nível (matriz de rastreabilidade, modelos de dados, protótipos/mockups, jornadas de solução).Estratégia e Defesa de Escopo: Defender o escopo junto ao time de desenvolvimento, modelar processos de negócio e gerenciar o processo de mudança de requisitos com comunicação eficaz.Gestão e Mentoria: Realizar estimativas de horas, esforço e complexidade (análise), apoiar o planejamento de demandas anuais e realizar treinamentos para analistas juniores.Conexão e Colaboração: Ser o elo de comunicação eficaz entre stakeholders, garantindo que as soluções desenvolvidas atendam aos requisitos e aos objetivos da empresa.Visão de Negócio: Realizar análises de dados avançadas, identificar tendências e propor novas oportunidades de negócio que promovam o crescimento da Business Unit e do cliente.Requisitos e qualificaçõesExperiência Sólida e Consistente (mínimo 6 anos) na função, comprovada em diferentes e complexos cenários de projetos de tecnologia.Sólido Conhecimento em Conceitos de Previdência e Seguros.Domínio em Desenho de Processos, Levantamento de Requisitos e Modelagem de Processos.Experiência com ferramentas de análise de negócios e metodologias (Ágeis ou Tradicionais).Vivência com Bancos de Dados e SQL.Conhecimento em lógica de programação e interação de sistemas (API/Web Services).Forte Visão Sistêmica de Negócio e Pensamento Analítico e Crítico para solução de problemas complexos.Seus Diferenciais:Graduação em TI, Eng. da Computação, Ciência da Computação ou áreas correlatas.Pós-graduação e/ou Certificações na área (Tecnologias, Previdência e Seguros).Idiomas: Inglês (Avançado) | Espanhol (Intermediário).Conhecimento em Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados Pessoais (LGPD).Seu Perfil Comportamental (O Jeito Viaflow):Buscamos um profissional com alta Adaptabilidade a Mudanças, Inteligência Emocional, Senso de Urgência e notável Capacidade de Priorização e Organização.
