Se você se identifica com nosso propósito, vamos juntos imaginar um futuro e engenhá-lo?Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesDescrição sumária:O(a) profissional será responsável por atividades de campo e administrativas, atuando junto aos núcleos coletores, à Casa de Sementes e às equipes de restauração, apoiando a tomada de decisão sobre espécies e estratégias de plantio.Descrição detalhada:Atividades de campo e aquisição de sementesPlanejar a demanda de espécies por núcleo coletor e viveiros;Identificar espécies prioritárias para restauração ecológica;Acompanhar calendários fenológicos e estratégias de coleta;Realizar capacitações e treinamentos com coletores sobre identificação de espécies, técnicas de coleta, beneficiamento e boas práticas;Realizar visitas aos núcleos coletores para acompanhamento técnico e retirada de sementes;Executar e supervisionar o controle de qualidade das sementes adquiridas;Apoiar a seleção das espécies mais adequadas às áreas de restauração;Garantir a organização e manutenção do fluxo de rastreabilidade das sementes desde a coleta até a entrega para plantio.Atividades na Casa de SementesRecebimento e acondicionamento de sementes;Controle de qualidade;Determinação do peso de mil sementes;Formação e gestão de lotes;Controle de estoque;Formação de amostras para envio a laboratórios;Elaboração e preparo de mix de sementes;Expedição de mix para áreas de restauração;Organização, manutenção e auditoria dos processos de rastreabilidade dos lotes e espécies.Atividades técnicas estratégicasAvaliação da rastreabilidade das espécies;Acompanhamento e análise de dados de germinação e crescimento;Seleção e direcionamento de espécies para as áreas de plantio;Apoio à tomada de decisão nas estratégias de restauração ecológica;Elaboração de registros técnicos e indicadores de desempenho da Rede de Sementes.Requisitos e qualificaçõesComo requisito básico, você deve ter:Formação superior em Engenharia Florestal, Agronomia ou áreas correlatas;Experiência comprovada em Botânica;CNH categoria B;Disponibilidade para atividades de campo e deslocamentos na região;Residir em Governador Valadares/MG ou ter disponibilidade para mudança imediata.DiferenciaisExperiência com produção, beneficiamento, armazenamento e controle de qualidade de sementes nativas;Conhecimento em monitoramento de germinação e vigor de sementes;Experiência em projetos de restauração ecológica e recomposição florestal;Experiência de atuação com diferentes identidades socioculturais e comunidades tradicionais, incluindo povos indígenas, comunidades quilombolas, assentamentos rurais e agricultores familiares;Conhecimento em legislação aplicável à produção, comercialização, rastreabilidade e controle de qualidade de sementes e mudas, incluindo normas e procedimentos estabelecidos pelo MAPA;Experiência em articulação comunitária e processos participativos.Informações adicionaisCaracterísticas da vaga:Regime de contratação: Regular Office (Presencial)Local de atuação: Governador Valadares/MGHorário de trabalho: segunda a quinta-feira de 07h00 às 17h19, sexta-feira 07h00 as 16h19, com 1h de intervalo de almoço Benefícios contemplados na vaga:Plano de saúde 💳Plano Odontológico 🦷Seguro de vida ⛑️Transporte 🚌Alimentação 🥖Convênio com Totalpass 🏋️‍♀️Descontos e parcerias com diversas instituições de ensino 📚
