Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesComo Analista de Recursos Humanos você vai: Conduzir processos de Recrutamento e Seleção, desde o alinhamento do perfil com o gestor, divulgação das oportunidades, triagem e entrevistas até o processo de admissão;Atuar na seleção de profissionais para vagas de Tecnologia, Engenharia, administrativas e operacionais, em diferentes níveis de senioridade;Realizar entrevistas estruturadas e aplicação de trilhas de avaliação, de acordo com o perfil da oportunidade;Realizar divulgação e gestão das vagas em diferentes canais de atração;Apoiar as lideranças durante os processos seletivos, contribuindo para a tomada de decisão;Acompanhar processos e projetos da área, garantindo o cumprimento de indicadores e SLAs;Apoiar as atividades de Treinamento e Desenvolvimento, incluindo levantamento de necessidades de treinamento e acompanhamento das ações;Realizar a integração de novos colaboradores;Acompanhar e elaborar indicadores e relatórios de RH, especialmente relacionados a R&S e T&D;Apoiar na criação e execução de ações de engajamento, comunicação interna e eventos corporativos;Apoiar programas de Estágio e Trainee;Contribuir para projetos de melhoria e estruturação de processos de Recursos Humanos;Atuar de forma próxima às demais áreas de RH, contribuindo para uma visão mais integrada de Gente e Gestão.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação necessária:Ensino superior completo em Psicologia, Gestão de Recursos Humanos ou áreas afins.Conhecimentos desejáveis: Experiência em Recrutamento e Seleção;Experiência com processos seletivos de diferentes níveis, desde posições operacionais até estratégicas;Conhecimento em indicadores de R&S e T&D;Experiência com sistemas ATS, preferencialmente Gupy, Sólides ou Recrutei;Boa comunicação verbal e escrita;Perfil autogerenciável, organizado e com senso de prioridade;Capacidade de trabalhar com metas, indicadores e SLAs;Facilidade para trabalhar em equipe e de forma colaborativa;Conhecimento e interesse em tecnologia e ferramentas de Inteligência Artificial aplicadas ao RH;Facilidade para atuar em ambientes dinâmicos e em constante mudança;Conhecimento em ferramentas de reuniões e colaboração online.Diferencial:Inglês;Experiência em outros subsistemas de Gente e Gestão, como DHO, Atração e Engajamento, Carreira e Performance, Comunicação Interna e Cultura;Experiência em empresas dos segmentos de Engenharia e Tecnologia;Vivência em ambientes de trabalho híbridos ou presenciais;Experiência com processos de Estágio e Trainee;Conhecimento em ISO e processos de qualidade;Experiência com estruturação e melhoria de processos de RH;Vivência com projetos e iniciativas de transformação ou mudança organizacional.
