Realizar análise financeira, participar de negociações com prestadores, calcular pagamentos oriundos de negociações, elaborar anexos dos contratos, organizar arquivo negociações fechadas, criar formulários internos, atender prestadores, manter cadastro de informações de prestadores, atender as demandas da Unimed Brasil.

Atribuições:

Realizar análises financeiras, a fim de dar suporte à tomada de decisões por parte da gerência;

Orientar tecnicamente o trabalho dos estagiários e/ou assistentes, com o intuito de zelar pela qualidade das demandas;

Participar de negociações com prestadores, dando suporte com informações de impactos financeiros, análises de prestadores e elaboração de apresentações à gerência;

Validar o cálculo dos pagamentos oriundos das negociações com prestadores, observando datas retroativas e valores acordados;Precificar composições de pacotes;

Fornecer informações e relatórios (rede credenciada, valores contratuais etc.), aos prestadores e demais áreas;

Atender, quando necessário, prestadores a fim de prestar orientações e esclarecer dúvidas;

Monitorar o custo assistencial dos prestadores a fim de detectar inconsistências e propor melhorias nos processos;

Elaborar painéis de acompanhamento de desempenho da rede prestadores credenciados;

Atualizar informações referentes às demandas dos prestadores nos sistemas automatizados, a fim de contribuir para o controle da gestão;

Criar consulta de solicitações, via SQL, a fim de elaborar relatórios pertinentes aos custos e valores contratuais dos prestadores;

Elaborar, analisar e acompanhar mensalmente indicadores estratégicos da área junto à gestão para o atingimento das metas estabelecidas pela operadora;

Validar relatórios elaborados na área, com o objetivo de identificar e corrigir possíveis erros.

Participar de projetos referentes à rede credenciada, com a finalidade de contribuir com melhorias nos sistemas;

Orientar as áreas da Cooperativa em projetos relativos a rede credenciada viabilizando a concretização das ações;

Participar de projetos referentes aos novos produtos na elaboração da proposta de valores e da rede de atendimento;

Propor melhorias de automação nos sistemas legados e processos da área;

Executar outras atividades correlatas à função, de acordo com a necessidade da organização, contribuindo para o alcance dos resultados.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEscolaridade: Graduação Completa em Atuária, Estatística, Administração ou áreas afins e Pós-Graduação / MBA em andamento em áreas
