Trabalhar aqui é fazer parte de uma empresa que une propósito, inovação e impacto social. Atualmente, contamos com um portfólio de mais de 19 marcas.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesManter comunicação ativa com o cliente e com a equipe, realizar reuniões no intuito de posicionar e tratar informações estratégicas que alavanquem oportunidades internas e para o cliente, elaborando, revisando e homologando os documentos referentes às reuniões da área;Controlar os projetos de implantação, priorização das demandas e cronogramas de prazos das entregas com o cliente, configuração de parâmetros e demais requisitos do sistema em conformidade com requisições expressas do cliente;Prestar suporte técnico à equipe do cliente visando à compreensão de novas demandas, levantamento de informações, registro e classificação dos chamados dos usuários para o atendimento de primeiro nível;Realizar e apoiar na organização dos trabalhos, no atendimento e escalonamento de chamados, na homologação das novas versões das aplicações e na utilização eficaz dos sistemas;Realizar as tarefas administrativas necessárias a gestão do contrato de acordo com o Termo de Referência e os procedimentos estabelecidos pela Softplan, participando dos ritos internos, informando e executando conforme orientação da liderança para atingimento dos objetivos estratégicos.
