A pessoa profissional será responsável pela sustentação, administração e evolução dos sistemas corporativos e jurídicos do escritório, garantindo sua disponibilidade, correta parametrização e aderência às necessidades do negócio.

Atuará como referência funcional para usuários internos e parceira estratégica das áreas de negócio, conduzindo melhorias contínuas, apoiando implantações de novas funcionalidades e acompanhando fornecedores e integrações entre sistemas. Sua atuação será fundamental para assegurar a estabilidade operacional, a eficiência dos processos e a qualidade das soluções tecnológicas utilizadas pelo escritório.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAdministrar os sistemas corporativos e jurídicos sob sua responsabilidade, garantindo sua disponibilidade, estabilidade e desempenho;Realizar configurações, parametrizações e evoluções em soluções como TOTVS Protheus, Sisjuri, LegalDesk e Legal One, incluindo cadastros, regras de negócio, perfis de acesso, fluxos de processos, tabelas, parâmetros, processos automatizados e configurações operacionais;Atuar na análise e resolução de incidentes de média complexidade, investigando causas raiz e propondo ações corretivas;Atuar como referência funcional para usuários internos, apoiando a utilização adequada dos sistemas e esclarecendo dúvidas sobre suas funcionalidades;Levantar necessidades junto às áreas usuárias, especificar melhorias funcionais e identificar oportunidades de otimização de processos;Acompanhar fornecedores durante evoluções dos sistemas, validando entregas, conduzindo homologações e testes funcionais;Acompanhar integrações entre sistemas corporativos e plataformas como Protheus, Sisjuri, Power BI, CRM, iManage, Microsoft 365 e soluções de terceiros;Apoiar a identificação e análise de falhas em integrações, realizando validações funcionais e monitorando a qualidade dos dados;Executar consultas e manipulações em banco de dados, observando as políticas de governança e segurança da informação;Apoiar a validação de integrações e a extração de informações para suporte às áreas de negócio;Produzir e manter atualizados manuais funcionais, procedimentos, especificações, fluxos de processos, parametrizações e bases de conhecimento.Requisitos e qualificaçõesNecessário:Experiência com sustentação funcional do TOTVS Protheus;Conhecimento em parametrização, cadastros, faturamento, financeiro, fiscal, compras e contratos;Conhecimento em banco de dados e linguagem SQL;Experiência na elaboração e manutenção de views, procedures, functions e triggers;Manipulação de dados por meio de comandos DML (SELECT, INSERT, UPDATE e DELETE);Análise de inconsistências e validação de integrações;Experiência com APIs, REST, JSON, WebServices e processos de ETL;Conhecimento em sistemas corporativos e integração de aplicações;Vivência em levantamento e suporte às demandas das áreas de negócio.Diferenciais:Conhecimento em Power BI;Excel avançado;Conhecimento em ClickUp;Conhecimento no ecossistema Microsoft 365;Experiência em sistemas jurídicos como Sisjuri, LegalDesk e Legal One.Informações adicionaisBenefícios:PPR;Assistência médica;Assistência odontológica;VA/VR flexível;Seguro de Vida;Wellhub;Zenklub;Vale Transporte.
