Estabelecer e evoluir padrões, boas práticas e diretrizes de arquitetura, desenvolvimento, integração, APIs, dados, segurança, governabilidade e CI/CD.

Avaliar tecnologias e propor soluções para novos projetos, integrações, sistemas legados e evolução das aplicações existentes.

Apoiar equipes de desenvolvimento em decisões técnicas, implementação de arquiteturas e resolução de desafios arquiteturais.

Atuar na governança e conformidade dos padrões técnicos, identificando riscos, dependências, dívida técnica e oportunidades de modernização.

Definir e evoluir diretrizes para o uso de Inteligência Artificial no desenvolvimento de software, considerando segurança, qualidade, governança, custos e produtividade.

Desenvolver e evoluir agentes e automações de IA para apoiar validações de código, arquitetura, segurança, qualidade e aderência aos padrões.

Avaliar a saúde arquitetural das aplicações e apoiar iniciativas de refatoração, modernização, simplificação e melhoria da manutenibilidade.

Promover a adoção de padrões arquiteturais de forma transversal, equilibrando autonomia das equipes, governança e consistência corporativa.

Contribuir para a modernização tecnológica e evolução contínua das aplicações, considerando a continuidade e as necessidades do negócio.

Requisitos e qualificações Ensino superior em andamento ou completo em Sistemas de Informação, Ciência da Computação, Engenharia da Computação, Tecnologia da Informação ou áreas afins.

Experiência em arquitetura de soluções e desenvolvimento de sistemas.

Experiência com arquiteturas distribuídas e integração de sistemas.

Conhecimento em APIs, REST, mensageria e padrões de integração.

Conhecimento em arquitetura de aplicações, sistemas distribuídos e bancos de dados relacionais e/ou NoSQL.

Conhecimento em Cloud Computing e práticas de segurança aplicadas à arquitetura e ao desenvolvimento.

Experiência com versionamento, CI/CD e práticas modernas de desenvolvimento.

Experiência na definição e aplicação de padrões arquiteturais e de desenvolvimento.

Habilidade para elaborar e comunicar arquiteturas por meio de diagramas e documentação técnica.

Capacidade de atuar de forma transversal com diferentes equipes e áreas, exercendo comunicação, negociação e influência técnica. Diferenciais Experiência com AWS e serviços de IA/GenAI.Experiência com desenvolvimento assistido por IA e construção de agentes de IA para automação de processos.Experiência com plataformas de integração, como MuleSoft, Boomi, Jitterbit ou similares.Experiência com SAP e integrações com sistemas corporativos.Experiência com Kubernetes e ambientes Cloud Native.Conhecimento em governança e segurança aplicada a soluções de Inteligência Artificial.Experiência com plataformas Low-Code.Certificações em Cloud, Arquitetura de Soluções ou tecnologias relacionadas.
