Valorizamos a diversidade em todas as suas formas e buscamos talentos que queiram crescer junto conosco, trazendo ideias, energia e motivação.Aqui, cada pessoa tem voz, protagonismo e espaço para se desenvolver.Se você busca desafios com propósito, gosta de construir em equipe e quer gerar impacto positivo, #VemSerEco. 🍃Juntos, podemos ir muito mais longe. 💚Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAnalisar o Contrato de Concessão, o Programa de Exploração da Rodovia (PER), seus aditivos e os normativos aplicáveis, apoiando a interpretação das obrigações e seus impactos para a concessionária.Acompanhar obrigações contratuais, indicadores de desempenho, cronogramas e prazos regulatórios, articulando-se com as áreas responsáveis e sinalizando desvios, riscos e necessidades de atuação.Analisar ofícios, notificações e demais demandas da agência reguladora e de órgãos públicos, organizar os encaminhamentos internos e apoiar a elaboração de respostas e manifestações técnicas.Apoiar a estruturação e o acompanhamento de pleitos de reequilíbrio econômico-financeiro, alterações contratuais e outras demandas da concessão, contribuindo com levantamentos, análises e fundamentação técnica, em conjunto com as áreas envolvidas.Identificar riscos e oportunidades na gestão do contrato, pesquisar práticas de outras concessões e propor alternativas fundamentadas para aprimorar processos, atender às obrigações e contribuir para os resultados do negócio.Elaborar relatórios, indicadores e apresentações executivas que traduzam informações regulatórias e contratuais em subsídios para a tomada de decisão.Requisitos e qualificaçõesNecessário ensino superior completo em Economia, Administração, Contabilidade, Engenharia ou áreas correlatas.Desejável conhecimento sobre concessões e contratos de infraestrutura, com capacidade de interpretar obrigações, documentos técnicos e normativos.Necessário Pacote Office (Intermediário);Desejável Power BI (intermediário).Informações adicionais💚 Benefícios que fazem parte da sua jornada Eco!Aqui, o cuidado com as pessoas faz parte da nossa cultura.
