Se você se identifica com nosso propósito, vamos juntos imaginar um futuro e engenhá-lo?Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesDescrição sumária:Executar atividades da área financeira relacionadas às rotinas de contas a pagar e contas a receber, assegurando o controle e a administração dos recursos financeiros da empresa, bem como o cumprimento dos prazos de pagamentos e recebimentos, contribuindo para a organização financeira, confiabilidade das informações e suporte à gestão do fluxo de caixa.Descrição detalhada:Executar e acompanhar as rotinas de contas a pagar e contas a receber, garantindo o cumprimento dos prazos e políticas internas.Realizar conferência, lançamento e controle de títulos financeiros, notas fiscais, boletos e documentos relacionados às movimentações financeiras.Monitorar vencimentos, inadimplência e previsões de recebimentos, atuando no controle e cobrança quando necessário.Apoiar na elaboração e atualização de relatórios financeiros, indicadores e demonstrativos gerenciais.Acompanhar movimentações bancárias, aplicações, pagamentos eletrônicos e retorno de arquivos bancários.Garantir a correta organização e controle documental das operações financeiras e suportes de auditoria.Apoiar os processos de fechamento mensal, provisões financeiras e controles contábeis relacionados à área.Assegurar conformidade com normas internas, políticas financeiras e procedimentos corporativos.Requisitos e qualificaçõesComo requisito básico, você deve ter:Ensino Superior Completo ou Graduação Tecnológica em Administração, Ciências Contábeis, Ciências Econômicas, ou áreas correlatas;Experiência prévia na área financeira, com atuação em contas a pagar, contas a receber, tesouraria ou fluxo de caixa;Vivência com conciliação bancária, controle de pagamentos, cobrança e acompanhamento financeiro;Conhecimento em rotinas de fechamento financeiro, contábil e controles administrativos;Experiência na utilização de sistemas ERP, preferencialmente SAP ou sistemas integrados de gestão financeira;Conhecimento intermediário/avançado em Excel, incluindo elaboração de controles, relatórios e análises financeiras.Você se destaca se tiver:Pós-graduação / MBA;Experiência SAP S4/Hana.Informações adicionaisCaracterísticas da vaga:Regime de contratação: Flex Office (Híbrido 4x1);Local de atuação: Vitória/ES;Horário de trabalho: 08h às 17h.Benefícios contemplados na vaga:Plano de saúde 💳Plano Odontológico 🦷Seguro de vida ⛑️Transporte 🚌Alimentação 🥖Convênio com Totalpass🏋️‍♀️Descontos e parcerias com diversas instituições de ensino 📚
