Acreditamos que diferentes experiências e perspectivas agregam valor ao negócio e impulsionam resultados cada vez mais consistentes.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPrincipais Responsabilidades Rotinas Fiscais e Tributárias Apurar tributos diretos e indiretos (ICMS, ISS, IPI, PIS, COFINS, IRPJ, CSLL), garantindo correta aplicação da legislação; Elaborar e revisar obrigações acessórias (SPED Fiscal, EFD-Contribuições, DCTF/DCTFWeb, DIRF/REINF, entre outras); Realizar análise e validação da tributação nas operações de entrada e saída; Monitorar alterações na legislação tributária e avaliar impactos para a empresa; Atuar no atendimento a fiscalizações, auditorias internas e externas; Apoiar processos de parametrização fiscal em sistemas ERP (ex.: Protheus).  Controle de Certidões Gerenciar a obtenção, renovação e acompanhamento de certidões negativas e positivas com efeito de negativa (CND/CPEN) nos âmbitos: Federal, Estadual e Municipal, monitorando prazos de validade, garantindo regularidade fiscal contínua e atuando na regularização de pendências que impactem a emissão de certidões.  Controles e Governança Estruturar e manter controles internos relacionados à área fiscal e paralegal. Elaborar relatórios gerenciais e indicadores de conformidade. Identificar riscos fiscais e propor ações corretivas e preventivas. Apoiar melhorias de processos e automações.  Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos Formação Ensino superior completo em Ciências Contábeis, Administração ou áreas correlatas. Experiência Experiência sólida na área fiscal, com domínio na apuração de tributos e obrigações acessórias; Vivência com controle de certidões e regularidade fiscal; Experiência com rotinas paralegais (alvarás, licenças e registros). Conhecimentos Técnicos Legislação tributária (municipal, estadual e federal); Obrigações acessórias; Sistemas ERP (preferencialmente Protheus). Pacote Office, com ênfase em Excel.  Competências Comportamentais Organização e gestão de prazos; Análise crítica e atenção a detalhes; Proatividade e senso de responsabilidade; Boa comunicação e interface com áreas internas e órgãos públicos. Diferenciais Vivência em processos de auditoria em ambientes regulados por auditoria SOX; Possuir conhecimentos gerais de Lean Six Sigma; Conhecimento em automação de rotinas fiscais;  Vivência com Protheus (TOTVS); Excel intermediário/avançado. Informações adicionaisHORÁRIO: Segunda a sexta 07:30 as 17:15LOCAL : UNIDADE - BETEL - PAULÍNIAO QUE TE OFERECEMOS:🍽 Vale Refeição🔃 Vale transporte🚑 Assistência Médica / Seguro de Vida;🦷 Assistência Odontológica;🏋️ Auxilio Academia e Bem estar;💊 Parceria Farmácia;📚 Parcerias com faculdades e escolas de idiomas;🥳 Day off aniversário.
