A pessoa profissional será responsável por transformar oportunidades identificadas pelo negócio em soluções tecnicamente viáveis, atuando de forma integrada com as áreas de negócio e TI para validar rapidamente novas iniciativas antes de sua evolução para ambientes produtivos.

Também atuará como parceira estratégica da área de Eficiência e Inovação, acelerando a transformação digital por meio do desenvolvimento de automações, integrações, protótipos (MVPs) e provas de conceito (PoCs), utilizando Inteligência Artificial, plataformas Microsoft e desenvolvimento assistido por IA.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesDesenvolver automações para otimizar processos internos e reduzir atividades operacionais;Construir MVPs e PoCs utilizando Inteligência Artificial Generativa;Desenvolver soluções utilizando Microsoft Power Platform;Apoiar iniciativas de inovação por meio da criação rápida de protótipos funcionais;Desenvolver integrações entre sistemas corporativos e plataformas SaaS;Participar de workshops, atividades de discovery e mapeamento de processos para identificar oportunidades de automação;Traduzir necessidades do negócio em soluções técnicas de baixa e média complexidade;Apoiar a definição da arquitetura técnica de soluções voltadas à inovação;Trabalhar em conjunto com as equipes de TI, garantindo aderência às boas práticas de segurança, governança e arquitetura;Documentar soluções, fluxos e protótipos desenvolvidos;Explorar continuamente novas ferramentas de IA e desenvolvimento assistido para acelerar entregas.Requisitos e qualificações

Necessário:

Conhecimento técnico em Python, SQL, Power Automate (avançado) e Copilot Studio;Experiência com LLMs, Prompt Engineering, agentes de IA, MCP (Model Context Protocol), desenvolvimento assistido por IA (Vibe Coding), APIs REST, Microsoft Graph API, JSON, OAuth, Webhooks, SQL Server e modelagem básica de dados;Experiência no desenvolvimento de integrações envolvendo ERPs, ECMs e outros sistemas corporativos.

Diferenciais:
