Se você se identifica com nosso propósito, vamos juntos imaginar um futuro e engenhá-lo?Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesDescrição sumária:Executar tarefas de caráter administrativo de sua área de atuação, atuando como facilitador na execução dos trabalhos dando suporte aos profissionais da área, bem como consolidar dados relativos a processos internos, redigir, digitar e disponibilizar informações necessárias à realização dos trabalhos de seu setor, demandando acompanhamento, seguindo orientações, normas e procedimentos da empresa.Descrição detalhada:Suporte Administrativo e Financeiro:Apoio no acompanhamento, organização e controle do fluxo e da documentação de investimentos institucionais e sociais;Apoio na gestão orçamentária operacional e administrativa;Gestão de caixa de e-mail, triagem e tratativas de demandas recebidas;Apoio nas interfaces e tratativas junto à áreas internas (compliance, jurídico, governança, financeiro, etc.).Gestão de Investimento Social/Impacto:Apoio na organização da documentação e controle de prestação de contas das iniciativas apoiadas, garantindo a conformidade com os requisitos internos e legais;Suporte nas tratativas com instituições parceiras ou beneficiárias;Auxiliar na coleta, compilação e consolidação de dados e métricas de impactos para avaliação de desempenho;Apoiar a elaboração de relatórios e materiais internos.Comunicação e Apoio à Coordenação:Apoio na elaboração de apresentações e materiais para comitês internos;Apoio no gerenciamento do fluxo de informações e comunicação com parceiros institucionais.Requisitos e qualificaçõesComo requisito básico, você deve ter:Ensino Superior Completo ou Cursando em administração, economia, direito ou áreas correlataConhecimentos específicos:Pacote Office;Conhecimento básico de Investimentos Institucionais / Sociais;Gestão de Projetos;Regulamentação;Relacionamento Institucional;ExperienciaGestão de investimentos institucionais e parcerias;Relacionamento institucional;Gestão de projetos e gestão documental;Análise de prestação de contas;Monitoramento de impactos e resultados.
