Estamos buscando uma Pessoa Assistente de Comércio Exterior para integrar o time da NOVUS, apoiando os processos operacionais de importação e exportação e contribuindo para que as operações ocorram de forma organizada, ágil e em conformidade com os procedimentos internos e requisitos legais.A posição terá atuação presencial inicialmente, com possibilidade de migração para o modelo híbrido após período de adaptação e avaliação de desempenho pelo gestor, conforme as diretrizes da empresa.

Responsabilidades e atribuições Apoiar a execução dos processos operacionais de importação e exportação;Auxiliar na elaboração, conferência, emissão e controle da documentação necessária aos processos de importação e exportação;Apoiar os processos relacionados ao desembaraço aduaneiro;Auxiliar nos processos de liberação das importações por meio da DUIMP e sistemas de Comércio Exterior;Acompanhar registros e documentos relacionados às exportações, incluindo certificados de origem, conhecimentos de embarque, guias de seguro e demais documentos aplicáveis;Enviar e acompanhar informações referentes aos embarques junto a fornecedores, clientes e demais envolvidos no processo;Apoiar a formalização e o acompanhamento de processos junto à Receita Federal e demais órgãos envolvidos nas operações;Auxiliar no processo de compras de itens importados;Realizar lançamentos, atualizações e controles das operações nos sistemas internos e ERP;Emitir e organizar documentos relacionados aos processos de importação;Acompanhar prazos e apoiar o controle das diferentes etapas dos processos de importação e exportação;Apoiar o acompanhamento e atualização dos indicadores da área;Identificar oportunidades de melhoria nas rotinas de Comércio Exterior, contribuindo para a redução de prazos, custos e retrabalhos;Manter documentos, informações e controles da área devidamente organizados e atualizados.
