Responsabilidades e atribuições Os principais desafios como AUXILIAR ADMINISTRATIVO são:Acompanhar e avaliar diariamente as solicitações encaminhadas pelos alunos por meio do SIA (Sistema de Informação Acadêmica), garantindo o cumprimento dos processos e prazos conforme as diretrizes institucionais.Receber, analisar e acompanhar documentações relacionadas a financiamentos estudantis (FIES e Crédito Universitário) e bolsas (Prouni), assegurando conformidade com as normas das entidades e da Instituição, bem como o cumprimento dos prazos e a manutenção da base de alunos.Realizar atendimento presencial e virtual aos alunos, garantindo qualidade no suporte prestado e foco na resolução das demandas apresentadas.Garantir a regularidade da documentação necessária para a colação de grau dos alunos.Acompanhar e auxiliar os alunos no processo de renovação de matrícula.Acompanhar e orientar os alunos nos processos relacionados ao estágio.Requisitos e qualificações Buscamos um profissional com:Experiência em Excel;Dinâmico;Comunicação Assertiva;Senso de Dono;Ensino Médio Completo.Informações adicionais Informar a carga horária ou alguma informação importante.Observação: essas informações aparecem para o candidato na divulgação.🎓Acreditamos na excelência do nosso ensino e, por isso, valorizamos os egressos das nossas instituições em nossos processos seletivos.👩🏽‍🦽 Mais inclusão: essa vaga também é destinada a pessoas com deficiência (PCDs)DIVERSIDADE: A Estácio valoriza a diversidade e as informações adicionais prestadas nos campos de diversidade são muito importantes para nós, por isso pedimos para que não deixe de responder.
