Responsável por conduzir processos de compras de materiais, produtos e serviços, desde a cotação e negociação até o fechamento e acompanhamento das entregas, garantindo qualidade, prazos, custo competitivo e conformidade com políticas internas e requisitos legais. Atua no desenvolvimento e gestão de fornecedores, negociação de contratos, controle de SLAs e identificação de oportunidades de melhoria e redução de custos. Trabalha de forma integrada com as áreas internas, assegurando eficiência, compliance e relacionamento ético com clientes e parceiros, contribuindo para a melhoria contínua da cadeia de suprimentos.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtuar nos processos de compras, executando atividades conforme políticas e fluxos definidos, desde a solicitação até o recebimento de materiais e serviços. Responsável pela realização de cotações com fornecedores homologados, análise comparativa de preços, prazos e condições comerciais e condução de negociações básicas dentro dos parâmetros estabelecidos, respeitando alçadas de aprovação e escalando demandas estratégicas ou fora do padrão.Realizar a gestão operacional de fornecedores, mantendo contato frequente para acompanhamento de pedidos, atualização cadastral e reporte de eventuais problemas de entrega ou qualidade.
