O que buscamos?Buscamos uma Pessoa Consultora de Automação Fluid para atuar no desenvolvimento, implementação e sustentação de soluções de automação de processos, utilizando a plataforma Fluid. Essa pessoa será responsável por entender processos de negócio, identificar oportunidades de automação e transformar essas necessidades em soluções eficientes, escaláveis e sustentáveis, atuando em conjunto com áreas técnicas e de negócio.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesO que você irá fazer:Desenvolver, configurar e implementar automações utilizando a plataforma Fluid;Levantar e analisar requisitos junto às áreas de negócio;Mapear processos e identificar oportunidades de automação e melhoria contínua;Criar e configurar workflows, regras de negócio, formulários e integrações;Realizar manutenção, sustentação e evolução das automações existentes;Investigar e solucionar incidentes relacionados aos fluxos automatizados;Desenvolver e acompanhar integrações entre sistemas;Realizar testes funcionais e apoiar processos de homologação;Elaborar e manter documentação técnica e funcional das soluções;Interagir com stakeholders e equipes técnicas para entendimento das necessidades e definição das melhores soluções.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesO que você precisa ter:Experiência prática com a plataforma Fluid, atuando com automação de processos;Experiência no desenvolvimento e configuração de workflows e fluxos automatizados;Conhecimento em levantamento e análise de requisitos;Experiência com mapeamento e otimização de processos;Conhecimento em integrações via APIs REST;Conhecimento em JSON, HTTP e serviços web;Experiência com troubleshooting e análise de falhas em processos automatizados;Experiência com testes, homologação e documentação de soluções;Boa capacidade analítica e resolução de problemas;Boa comunicação e facilidade para interação com áreas técnicas e de negócio.

Experiências Desejáveis:Experiência com projetos de BPM, RPA ou automação de processos corporativos;Conhecimento em outras ferramentas ou plataformas de automação;Experiência com integração de sistemas;Conhecimentos em metodologias ágeis, como Scrum ou Kanban;Experiência em projetos de transformação digital ou modernização de processos.
