O/a Consultor/a de Planejamento da Rede LAM atuará no desenvolvimento estratégico da rede de concessionárias com os importadores da América Latina & Caribe, com foco em Rede Ideal, cobertura territorial, potencial de vendas e pós-vendas, sustentabilidade dos investidores e otimização do footprint.A posição será responsável pela análise regional, identificando riscos e oportunidades, servindo de consultoria para os importadores na definição de planos de desenvolvimento da rede e preparando recomendações estratégicas para tomada de decisãoResponsabilidades e atribuiçõesConduzir o planejamento da rede de concessionárias com os importadores na região LAM, buscando garantir cobertura adequada, sustentabilidade da rede e alinhamento com o potencial de mercado.Realizar análises de Rede Ideal para a região, considerando potencial de vendas, pós-vendas, cobertura geográfica, performance dos mercados e necessidades futuras de crescimento.Monitorar riscos e oportunidades da rede de concessionárias, propondo medidas de otimização, expansão, consolidação ou adequação do footprint.Apoiar os importadores na definição de planos de desenvolvimento da rede, conectando estratégia regional, necessidades locais e objetivos de negócio.Analisar o potencial de mercado por localização, segmento e perfil de cliente, contribuindo para decisões sobre expansão, cobertura em áreas subatendidas e priorização de investimentos.Acompanhar indicadores de desempenho da rede, identificando gaps, tendências e oportunidades para melhoria da cobertura, rentabilidade e eficiência da estrutura.Preparar diagnósticos, apresentações e recomendações executivas para suportar decisões estratégicas relacionadas ao desenvolvimento da rede LAM.Manter contato frequente com importadores e áreas internas, promovendo alinhamento sobre temas de planejamento, expansão, estrutura de rede e sustentabilidade do negócio.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior em Administração, Engenharia, Gestão de Negócios ou áreas correlatas.Inglês e Espanhol avançadosExperiência em planejamento estratégico, desenvolvimento de rede, análise de mercado, gestão de projetos ou áreas correlatas.Capacidade analítica para interpretar dados de mercado, performance, cobertura e potencial de vendas/pós-vendas.Habilidade para estruturar diagnósticos e recomendações para tomada de decisão.Boa comunicação oral e escrita, com capacidade de interação com diferentes países, culturas e stakeholders.Organização, autonomia e visão sistêmica.Capacidade de conduzir temas regionais com múltiplos mercados e diferentes níveis de complexidade.Foco no cliente, no negócio e na sustentabilidade da rede.Disponibilidade para viagens internacionais frequentes (mercados LATAM) com foco na revisão do planejamento da rede, identificação de oportunidades e acompanhamento dos planos de ação definidos.Diferenciais:Pós-graduação ou MBA em Gestão de Projetos, Estratégia, Negócios, Planejamento ou áreas relacionadas.Experiência ou familiaridade com países e culturas da América Latina.Vivência em montadoras, importadores, concessionárias ou setor automotivo.Informações adicionaisNome do Cargo: Pessoa Consultora de Desenvolvimento de Rede LAM (Planejamento)Local de trabalho: São Bernardo do Campo/SPModelo de trabalho híbrido flexívelBenefícios:Compra de veículo com descontoGympassEstacionamento no local - gratuitoÔnibus fretadoPPR anualRefeitório no localVale AlimentaçãoPlano de SaúdePrevidência PrivadaPlano PecúlioZenklub - plataforma de saúde mental e bem-estar emocionalPlataforma de treinamentos online gratuito
