Coordenar, planejar, implementar e acompanhar as estratégias e processos relacionados ao Desenvolvimento Organizacional e Recrutamento e Seleção, assegurando a atração, seleção, integração, capacitação, desenvolvimento e retenção de profissionais alinhados às necessidades estratégicas e operacionais da instituição.Responsabilidades e atribuições Estruturar e acompanhar programas de desenvolvimento de lideranças, sucessão, talentos e formação profissional. Apoiar a construção e implementação de trilhas de desenvolvimento por cargo, área ou competência. Coordenar processos de avaliação de desempenho e/ou competências, acompanhando resultados e planos de desenvolvimento individual. Desenvolver estratégias para identificação de potenciais, talentos e profissionais de alta performance. Apoiar as lideranças na elaboração e acompanhamento de Planos de Desenvolvimento Individual (PDI). Conduzir e acompanhar ações relacionadas a clima organizacional, engajamento e experiência do colaborador. Apoiar processos de mudança organizacional, comunicação interna e fortalecimento da cultura. Desenvolver ações voltadas à integração, retenção e desenvolvimento dos profissionais. Coordenar o processo de Recrutamento e Seleção de profissionais para as diferentes áreas da instituição. Planejar as estratégias de atração de candidatos conforme perfil das vagas e necessidades das áreas. Atuar diretamente em processos seletivos estratégicos ou de maior complexidade. Monitorar indicadores de Recrutamento e Seleção Garantir alinhamento entre o processo seletivo, perfil do cargo, competências requeridas e cultura organizacional. Trabalhar em conjunto com áreas como Qualidade, Educação Permanente, Segurança do Trabalho, CCIH, Núcleo de Segurança do Paciente e lideranças na formação e capacitação de profissionais Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior completo em Psicologia, Administração, Recursos Humanos, Gestão de Pessoas ou áreas correlatas.Experiência em RH, especialmente nas áreas de Desenvolvimento, T&D e/ou Recrutamento e Seleção.Desejável pós-graduação/MBA em Gestão de Pessoas, Desenvolvimento Organizacional, Gestão Estratégica, Educação Corporativa ou áreas correlatas.
