Coordenar os processos de Administração de Pessoal, Relações Trabalhistas e Remuneração, assegurando o cumprimento da legislação trabalhista, previdenciária e dos instrumentos coletivos, bem como a correta execução da folha de pagamento, administração de benefícios, estrutura de cargos e salários e políticas de remuneração, contribuindo para a conformidade legal, sustentabilidade financeira e estratégia de gestão de pessoas da instituição.Responsabilidades e atribuições Coordenar os processos de admissão, movimentação, férias, afastamentos, controle de jornada, rescisões e folha de pagamento. Garantir o cumprimento da legislação trabalhista, previdenciária e fiscal aplicável às relações de trabalho. Assegurar a correta apuração de encargos sociais, obrigações acessórias e eventos do eSocial. Coordenar o fechamento mensal da folha de pagamento e seus respectivos processos de conferência. Administrar contratos de benefícios (assistência médica, odontológica, vale-transporte, vale-alimentação, seguro de vida, entre outros). Monitorar indicadores relacionados à folha, banco de horas, absenteísmo e passivos trabalhistas. Coordenar auditorias internas e externas relacionadas aos processos de Departamento Pessoal. Coordenar o relacionamento institucional com sindicatos e entidades representativas. Garantir a correta aplicação dos instrumentos coletivos nas rotinas de pessoal. Atuar preventivamente na mitigação de riscos e passivos trabalhistas. Apoiar o Jurídico Trabalhista no fornecimento de informações, documentos e subsídios técnicos para processos judiciais. Coordenar a administração da estrutura de cargos, salários e tabela salarial. Coordenar processos de avaliação e enquadramento salarial, promoções e movimentações internas. Realizar análises de impacto financeiro decorrentes de reajustes salariais, negociações coletivas e reestruturações organizacionais. Apoiar a elaboração do orçamento de pessoal e acompanhar sua execução. Garantir a conformidade dos processos com as políticas institucionais, normas internas e programas de compliance.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior completo em Administração, Ciências Contábeis, Recursos Humanos, Direito, Economia ou áreas correlatas.Experiência comprovada na area;Pós-graduação ou MBA em Gestão de Pessoas, Administração de Recursos Humanos, Direito do Trabalho, Remuneração Estratégica ou áreas correlatas.Atuação em auditorias e fiscalizações.Vivência em negociações sindicais e relações trabalhistas.Experiência em remuneração, cargos e salários.Gestão de folha de pagamento de médio ou grande porte.Experiência com eSocial e legislação trabalhista.Desejável atuação em hospitais, organizações de saúde ou instituições do terceiro setor.Informações adicionaisBenefícios são: Vale Transporte, Alimentação Conforme Convenção, Assistência médica (coparticipação), Assistência odontológica (optativa) e Seguro de Vida.Horário de Trabalho: 08:00/17:00 - 5x2
