Por isso, todos os colaboradores, independentemente de sua raça, gênero, orientação sexual, idade ou qualquer outra característica, estão convidados a participar de nossos processos seletivos internos.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesGestão e Monitoramento de Projetos: Coordenar a execução dos estudos clínicos oncológicos e onco-hematológicos, garantindo o rigor metodológico, a adesão estrita aos protocolos e o cumprimento dos cronogramas e prazos.Conformidade Regulatória e Ética: Assegurar a condução dos estudos segundo as normas nacionais (Resolução CNS 466/2012, 510/2016 e complementares), regulamentações da ANVISA e as diretrizes internacionais de Boas Práticas Clínicas (GCP/ICH).Liderança e Gestão de Pessoas: Liderar, capacitar e integrar a equipe multiprofissional de pesquisa, promovendo um ambiente colaborativo, pautado pelo acolhimento e foco em excelência.Delegação e Acompanhamento: Mapear processos, delegar funções operacionais e acompanhar a execução das rotinas de pesquisa (inclusão de pacientes, coleta de dados, gerenciamento de eventos adversos).Gestão de Indicadores e Qualidade: Monitorar métricas de desempenho e indicadores de qualidade do setor, implementando ações corretivas e de melhoria contínua quando necessário.Interface com Stakeholders: Atuar como ponto focal de comunicação entre investigadores principais, patrocinadores, CROs, comitês de ética (CEP/CONEP) e órgãos reguladores.Requisitos e qualificaçõesImprescindíveis:Ensino Superior completo na área da Saúde (Enfermagem, Farmácia, Biomedicina, Biologia ou áreas correlatas).Pós-graduação ou especialização concluída em Pesquisa Clínica, Oncologia ou Hematologia.Experiência prévia consolidada na coordenação de estudos clínicos, obrigatoriamente com foco em Oncologia e/ou Onco-Hematologia.Certificação atualizada e domínio das diretrizes de Boas Práticas Clínicas (GCP/ICH) e da Resolução CNS 466/2012.Domínio de sistemas de gerenciamento de estudos clínicos (CTMS, EDC, eCRF).Desejáveis:Inglês avançado a fluido (leitura, escrita e conversação para interface com patrocinadores internacionais).

Mestrado ou Doutorado na área das Ciências da Saúde ou Pesquisa Clínica.Certificação internacional em Pesquisa Clínica (ex.: SOCRA ou ACRP).Vivência prévia em centros de pesquisa hospitalares oncológicos de grande porte ou alta complexidade.Conhecimento em metodologias de gestão de projetos (Agile, PMBOK) e ferramentas de análise de dados. Coordenar o time de data entry, assegurando o acompanhamento contínuo da integridade e consistência das informações clínicas, com foco no cumprimento estrito dos prazos regulatórios e institucionais para o reporte de Eventos Adversos (EAs) e Eventos Adversos Sérios (EASs), em total alinhamento com a Resolução CNS 466/2012, Boas Práticas Clínicas (GCP/ICH) e normas complementares da ANVISA
