A FCamara está em busca de um(a) Desenvolvedor Back-End .NET Sênior para atuar em parceria com o maior Banco de Investimentos da América Latina, especializado em capital de investimento, de risco, além de gerenciamento de patrimônio e ativos globais.

Responsabilidades e atribuições

Responsabilidades e atribuições: - Atuar em sustentação e suporte técnico de sistemas .NET em ambiente produtivo, garantindo a disponibilidade e confiabilidade das aplicações;- Monitorar sistemas e mensagerias, analisando logs, filas e métricas para identificar e resolver incidentes;- Realizar debugging e triagem técnica de problemas, garantindo a correção de falhas e minimizando impactos para o negócio;- Propor e implementar melhorias contínuas em código, arquitetura e monitoramento de aplicações;- Apoiar a equipe de negócio e demais áreas técnicas na análise de requisitos e esclarecimento de dúvidas funcionais;- Desenvolver e manter APIs, microsserviços e integrações em .NET;- Garantir a observabilidade das aplicações, com uso de ferramentas de APM, métricas e logs centralizados;- Participar de cerimônias ágeis (Scrum/Kanban) e contribuir para o ciclo de vida completo das aplicações (desenvolvimento, deploy, monitoramento e suporte).

Requisitos e qualificações

Hard Skills:- Experiência sólida com .NET / C# (mínimo 3 anos);- Experiência com bancos de dados relacionais (SQL Server, MySQL, Postgres);- Vivência em ambientes de microserviços e mensageria (RabbitMQ, Kafka, Azure Service Bus, etc.);- Conhecimento em monitoramento de aplicações, leitura de logs e ferramentas de observabilidade (Dynatrace, AppDynamics, DataDog, Prometheus, Kibana etc.);- Experiência com Docker e Kubernetes;- Prática em testes unitários (TDD) e Design Patterns;- Experiência com integração e sustentação de aplicações em nuvem (AWS, Azure ou GCP);- Familiaridade com CI/CD, GIT e metodologias ágeis (Scrum/Kanban).Desejáveis:- Conhecimento de mercado financeiro e operações bancárias;- Experiência com ElasticSearch, GraphQL e ferramentas de qualidade de código (SonarQube);- Vivência prévia em suporte/sustentação de sistemas críticos de alta disponibilidade;- Inglês ou Espanhol intermediário.Soft Skills:- Perfil investigativo e analítico, com capacidade de diagnosticar e resolver problemas complexos;- Boa comunicação com stakeholders técnicos e de negócio;- Proatividade, senso de dono e foco em resultado;- Espírito de equipe e resiliência para lidar com demandas críticas;- Organização e atenção aos detalhes;- Capacidade de se autogerenciar e atuar em ambientes dinâmicos.
