Esta pessoa será responsável por desenvolver novas funcionalidades, criar e manter APIs, interfaces e testes automatizados, além de participar ativamente das decisões técnicas que impactam diretamente os nossos produtos digitais.Você fará parte de um time multidisciplinar, colaborando com Produto, Design e QA na construção de soluções modernas, escaláveis e centradas na experiência do usuário.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesDesenvolver e manter aplicações back-end em Java e PHP.Criar interfaces front-end responsivas e performáticas com VueJS, seguindo boas práticas de UI/UX.Construir e integrar APIs REST de forma segura e escalável.Escrever testes automatizados (unitários e de integração).Colaborar na análise de dados de uso para identificar melhorias de performance e estabilidade.Participar da construção de soluções técnicas em conjunto com as áreas de produto e design.Pesquisar e propor melhorias técnicas e tecnológicas para o time.Contribuir com a cultura de qualidade, segurança e boas práticas de desenvolvimento (CI/CD, versionamento, clean code, etc.).Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior completo em cursos da área de Tecnologia ou áreas correlatas, como Engenharia, Ciência da Computação, Sistemas de Informação, Matemática, Estatística, entre outras.Experiência sólida com desenvolvimento em Java e PHP.Experiência com desenvolvimento front-end em VueJS.Domínio de PostgreSQL e modelagem de dados relacionais.Experiência com APIs REST, controle de versões com Git e ciclo completo de desenvolvimento (CI/CD).Conhecimentos em aplicações distribuídas, pub/sub, arquitetura cliente-servidor e transações.Experiência com testes automatizados (unitários e de integração).Conhecimentos em JavaScript, TypeScript, CSS, SASS será um diferencial.Experiência com Docker e Kubernetes será um diferencial.Noções de Clean Code e Clean Architecture será um diferencial.Experiência com ElasticSearch, MongoDB ou similares.Experiência com sistemas de mensageria (Kafka, RabbitMQ, SQS, etc.)Sólidos conhecimentos em ferramentas de Monitoramento e Observabilidade (Grafana, Prometheus,etc.)Conhecimento em análise textual (Full Text Search) - diferencialConhecimento de processos de licitação pública e negócios do setor público será um diferencial.Soft skills: comunicação assertiva, empatia, protagonismo e capacidade de negociação serão diferenciais;Informações adicionaisHorário:🔷 Jornada de Trabalho: Segunda a Sexta-feira das 08:00 às 12:00 | 13:30 às 18:00.🔷 Modalidade de Trabalho: Home office.Nosso Benefícios:🔷Vale Alimentação: R$ 770,00 no cartão Flash🔷Auxílio Home Office: R$ 230,00 no cartão Flash🔷 Plano de Saúde: Empresa paga 100% da mensalidade🔷 Plano Odontológico: Empresa paga 100% da mensalidade🔷 Plano de Saúde Emocional🔷 Crédito Farmácia🔷 Seguro de Vida🔷 Parceria OpenEnglish🔷 Coworking na Rede Woba (Brasil, Argentina, México, Portugal)🔷 Day Off no Aniversário🔷 Welcome Gift
