Chegou a oportunidade de impactar a indústria automobilística usando tecnologia. Se você é um(a) dev fullstack com experiência criar e manter aplicações com IA generativa, queremos conhecer você! Você terá a chance de trabalhar na indústria 4.0 de ponta a ponta: da integração com LLMs no backend até a interface usada pelas áreas de negócio junto das ferramentas de AI. Nosso time é multidisciplinar e você trabalhará junto com produto, dados e segurança da informação.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesCriar e manter APIs e serviços de backend que integram modelos de linguagem (LLMs) com os sistemas corporativos.Implementar pipelines de RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), incluindo ingestão, chunking, embeddings e busca vetorial.Criar agentes e fluxos de tool use / function calling que se conectam com APIs internas e bases de dados.Criar interfaces web que funcionem bem para interações com IA: streaming de respostas, feedback do usuário e tratamento de erros.Definir e aplicar práticas de avaliação de modelos (evals), observabilidade, controle de recursos e latência.Garantir segurança e conformidade: proteção de dados (LGPD), prevenção de prompt injection, controle de acesso e trilhas de auditoria.Desenvolver os testes necessários para cada caso.Documentar soluções e compartilhar conhecimento com o time.Requisitos e qualificaçõesExperiência com desenvolvimento de software com atuação comprovada.Domínio de Python e/ou TypeScript/Node.js no backend.Experiência com frameworks frontend modernos (React, Next.js ou similar).Experiência prática integrando APIs de LLMs (ex.: Anthropic Claude, OpenAI, AWS Bedrock) em aplicações em produção.Conhecimento de engenharia de prompts e RAG.Experiência com APIs REST, bancos relacionais, não relacionais e mensageria.Vivência com cloud (AWS, Azure ou GCP), containers (Docker) e CI/CD.Boas práticas de engenharia: testes automatizados, code review, versionamento com Git.Inglês Intermediário a Avançado.DiferenciaisConhecimento e uso bancos vetoriais (ex.: pgvector, Pinecone, OpenSearch).Experiência com frameworks de agentes e orquestração (ex.: Claude Agent SDK, LangGraph, LlamaIndex) e com MCP (Model Context Protocol).Experiência com ferramentas de avaliação e observabilidade de LLMs (ex.: Langfuse, LangSmith, Arize).Kubernetes e infraestrutura como código (Terraform).Integração com sistemas corporativos (SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow).Experiência no setor automotivo ou de manufatura.Competências comportamentaisFoco solução: do protótipo à produção.Curiosidade e aprendizado contínuo em um campo que muda rápido.Consegue explicar temas técnicos para públicos não técnicos.Pensamento crítico sobre limitações e riscos da IA.Trabalhar colaborativamente com o time.Informações adicionaisNome do Cargo: Pessoa Desenvolvedora Fullstack "IA"Local de trabalho: Modelo de trabalho híbrido 3X2 (3x na semana presencial), em São Paulo/SPPlano Médico e Odontológico – com coparticipação para consultas e examesPLRPrevidência PrivadaPlano PecúlioVale transporteSeguro de Vida Seguro de vida em grupoAuxílio FuneralVale AlimentaçãoVale RefeiçãoAuxílio CrecheAuxílio Home-Office Programa de aluguel de veículos oferecido em parceria com o Banco Volkswagen.Compra de veículo zero com desconto na VWB  Gratidão por Tempo de Serviço
