Planeja, organiza, executa as atividades de enfermagem em pacientes do Centro Cirúrgico. Auxilia equipe médica, participa do plano de ação do cuidado ao paciente, efetuando procedimentos, tratamentos e administrando medicamentos. Executa assistência centrada no paciente, identificando intercorrências e tomar decisões imediatas sobre o atendimento do paciente critico, garantindo qualidade e segurança na assistência.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesParticipar de elaboração de normas, rotinas, procedimentos e protocolo do setor;Prever e prover recursos humanos e materiais, equipamentos e instrumental cirúrgico, garantindo sua disponibilidade para realização adequada cada procedimento anestésico cirúrgico;Cumprir as normas estabelecidas pelo SCIH e fazer com que seja cumpridas por todos;Manter o controle administrativo técnico operacional obre as diversas atividades desenvolvidas no setor;Elaborar escala de conferências e testes de materiais, dispositivos e equipamentos, supervisionando seus cumprimentos;Checar previamente a programação cirúrgica; realizar o bate mapa;Verificar a disponibilidade, o funcionamento e a limpeza dos materiais, equipamentos e dispositivos necessários ao ato anestésico- cirúrgico;Realizar avaliação pré operatória ou informar-se dados pertinentes a esse período com o enfermeiro da unidade de origem, de acordo com as condições oferecidas pela instituição;Recepcionar o paciente no CC; certificando-se do correto preenchimento dos impressos próprios do setor, do prontuario e da pulseira de identificação, assim como da apresentação dos exames pertinentes à cirurgia;Participar da decisão sobre o melhor posicionamento cirúrgico do paciente na mesa operatória no intuito de prevenir complicações decorrentes do posicionamento, dividindo a responsabilidade desse procedimento com o anestesiologista, o cirurgião e o assistente;Realizar a avaliação do risco de desenvolvimento de lesões decorrentes do posicionamento cirúrgico e providenciar modificações ou dispositivos que diminuam esse risco, caso necessário;Obedecer aos preceitos éticos- legais da profissão;Verificar a disponibilidade de reserva de hemoderivados, uti entre outros itens específicos que forem imprescindíveis para atender as necessidades do paciente no período intraoperatório.Requisitos e qualificaçõesGraduação de Enfermagem completa com registro ATIVO no conselho regional;Desejável Pós-graduação CC/ CME completa ou em andamento;Experiência de 1 ano (mínima) na área de Enfermagem;Conhecimentos e Habilidades Especificas: Legislação do Conselho Regional de Enfermagem, Código de Ética de Enfermagem, Suporte Básico e Avançado de Vida em Cardiologia e Traumatologia, Habilidades no Relacionamento Pessoal e Capacidade de Planejamento;                                                           Conhecimento em Word, Excel e Power Point .Informações adicionaisBenefícios são: Vale Transporte, Alimentação Conforme Convenção, Assistência médica (coparticipação), Assistência odontológica (optativa) e Seguro de Vida.Horário de Trabalho: 07:00/19:00 (180/36) 12x36 e 19:00/07:00 (180/36) 12x36Local de Trabalho: Mogi da Cruzes
