Por isso, independentemente da raça, gênero, orientação sexual, idade ou qualquer outra característica, todas as pessoas candidatas estão convidadas a participar de nossos processos seletivos.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesO profissional será responsável por:Executar os serviços e procedimentos de enfermagem, em atividades de baixa e eventual média complexidade, atuando conforme os padrões deatendimento, prestando orientação a pacientes e acompanhantes, visando a saúde e o bem estar dos pacientes;Realizar avaliação inicial, prescrição de enfermagem e plano de educação a pacientes com quadros específicos, de acordo com definição da organização, através deformulário específico;Acompanhar a programação de exames e procedimentos, verificando se os pacientes foram preparados e orientados corretamente e acompanhar a transferência de pacientes;Auxiliar na realização de procedimentos de emergência, como por exemplo, reanimação cardio pulmonar, junto à equipe médica e de enfermagem.Promover o Controle da Infecção Hospitalar, através da execução das técnicas e rotinas padronizadas pelo Serviço de Controle de Infecção Hospitalar e Serviço de Educação Corporativa;Verificar o controle de estoque de materiais e medicamentos na unidade;Zelar pelos equipamentos do setor, encaminhando para Manutenção, quando necessário, observando data de validade de calibrações e condições dos mesmos;Zelar pelo prontuário do paciente quanto à clareza dos itens da prescrição médica e de enfermagem no prontuário informatizado e do físico quando em plano de contingência.Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos imprescindíveis:Graduação de enfermagemCoren ativo;Experiência anterior em Hemodinâmica.Desejável: Possuir experiência anterior com o sistema Tasy;Cursando Pós Graduação ou Especialização em área correlata.Informações adicionaisHorário: 13:00hs às 19:00hsEscala: 6x1Cuidar faz parte do nosso propósito.
