Por isso, independentemente da raça, gênero, orientação sexual, idade ou qualquer outra característica, todas as pessoas candidatas estão convidadas a participar de nossos processos seletivos.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar diariamente a SAE dos pacientes sob sua responsabilidade conforme a determinação institucional, assim como validar anotações e procedimentos realizados pelo estagiário de enfermagem;Cumprir e fazer cumprir os preceitos da lei do Exercício Profissional, do Código de Ética de Enfermagem, normas e regulamentos da instituição;Identificar sinais e sintomas de agravamento clínico, monitorar resultados de exames laboratoriais e de imagem, direcionar o cuidado adequado ao paciente, assim como realizar uma comunicação efetiva com as equipes envolvidas;Aplicar escalas de classificação de risco objetivando implantar as medidas protocolares para redução de riscos, bem como, escalas para classificação de complexidade de cuidados dos pacientes;Realizar transporte de paciente crítico;Receber e passar o plantão, inteirando-se das condições dos pacientes/clientes, riscos potenciais e dinâmica do serviço do setor;Registrar no prontuário do paciente os cuidados de enfermagem prestados e conferir os registros da equipe, conforme padronizado pela instituição;Executar as técnicas e rotinas padronizadas pela Prática Assistencial, pelo Serviços de Controle de Infecção e Educação Corporativa;Consultar as rotinas e protocolos institucionais para prestar uma assistência segura e participar dos treinamentos;Realizar a visita multidisciplinar para planejamento do cuidado;Realizar escala diária de distribuição de pacientes e tarefas para a equipe assistencial.Requisitos e qualificaçõesImprescindíveis: Ensino Superior Completo em Enfermagem;COREN ativo;Experiência como Enfermeiro Assistencial em UTI.Desejável: Pós-graduação em UTI cursando ou completo.Informações adicionaisLocal de trabalho: PaulistaHorario: Disponibilidade para atuação tarde 13h às 19h ou manha 07h ás 13h .Escala: 6x1
