Enfermeiro especialista em Obstetrícia, responsável pela assistência de enfermagem especializada às gestantes, parturientes, puérperas e recém-nascidos.Responsabilidades e atribuições• Prescrição de assistência de enfermagem obstétrica;• Cuidados diretos de enfermagem a pacientes obstétricas graves, com risco de vida;• Cuidados de enfermagem de maior complexidade técnica, ligada à área de obstetrícia, e que exijam conhecimentos de base científica e capacidade de tomar decisões imediatas;• Prevenção e controle sistemático da infecção hospitalar e de doenças transmissíveis, na área de obstetrícia;• Prevenção e controle sistemático de danos que possam ser causados à clientela durante a assistência de enfermagem;• Assistência de enfermagem à gestante, parturiente, puérpera e recém-nascido;• Acompanhamento da evolução e do trabalho de parto;• Assistência à parturiente e ao parto normal;• Assistência ao parto vaginal sem distócia;• Identificação das distócias obstétricas e tomada de providências necessárias, até a chegada do médico, devendo intervir, em conformidade com sua capacitação técnico-científica, adotando os procedimentos que entender imprescindíveis, para garantir a segurança da mãe e do recém-nascido;• Realização de sutura de laceração e aplicação de anestesia local, quando necessária;• Educação em saúde, na área obstétrica, visando à melhoria da qualidade da assistência, segurança e experiência do paciente.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior Completo em Enfermagem;Pós graduação em Obstetrícia;Registro Ativo no Conselho da Classe e Registro de Especialização em Obstetrícia Ativo junto ao Conselho da Classe;Cursos de capacitação e aprimoramento: Reanimação Neonatal da Sociedade Brasileira de Pediatria, Cardiotocografia, Boas práticas na assistência ao parto normal, ALSO, atendimento de emergências obstétricas, aplicação de técnicas integrativas para alívio da dor no trabalho de parto, manejo do aleitamento materno .
