Se você é um(a) Engenheiro(a) de AI com experiência projetar, construir e soluções de IA em produção, queremos conhecer você! Você vai fazer protótipos rápidos, validar com as áreas de negócio e transformar o que funciona em sistemas, seguros e escaláveis com nosso time.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesDesenvolver soluções com LLMs: arquitetura, código, testes, deploy e operação.Construir agentes de IA com tool use, memória e orquestração de múltiplas etapas, integrados a sistemas e APIs corporativas.Implementar e otimizar pipelines de RAG: ingestão de documentos, chunking, embeddings, busca híbrida e reranking.Criar e manter frameworks de avaliação (evals) para medir qualidade, alucinação, custo e latência das soluções.Escolher o modelo certo para cada caso (ex.: Claude, GPT, modelos open-source), equilibrando custo, performance e requisitos de dados.Implementar guardrails de segurança e conformidade: LGPD, prevenção de prompt injection, mascaramento de dados sensíveis e auditoria.Atuar como referência técnica: fazer code review, mentorar devs e disseminar boas práticas de IA no time.Acompanhar a evolução do mercado de IA e testar novas ferramentas e abordagens.Requisitos e qualificaçõesExperiência em engenharia de software, tendo trabalhado a 2+ anos com AI.Domínio de Python (FastAPI, asyncio, bibliotecas de dados).Experiência prática com APIs de LLMs (Anthropic, OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock ou Vertex AI).Experiência sólida com RAG, bancos vetoriais (pgvector, OpenSearch, Pinecone ou similares) e estratégias de recuperação.Experiência construindo agentes e fluxos de function calling.Vivência com evals de LLMs e métricas de qualidade.Cloud (AWS ou GCP), Docker, CI/CD e boas práticas de engenharia (testes, Git, code review).Inglês avançado/Fluente.DiferenciaisExperiência com MCP (Model Context Protocol) e frameworks de agentes (Claude Agent SDK, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel).Fine-tuning, destilação ou deploy de modelos open-source (vLLM, Ollama, Hugging Face).Ferramentas de observabilidade de LLMs (Langfuse, LangSmith, Arize, OpenTelemetry).Kubernetes e Terraform.Experiência com IA multimodal (visão, documentos, voz).Integração com sistemas corporativos (SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow).Experiência no setor automotivo ou de manufatura; alemão é um plus.Projetos open-source, publicações ou portfólio público de IA.Competências comportamentaisPerfil hands-on: prefere construir e testar a ficar teorizando.Pragmatismo: escolhe a solução mais simples que resolve o problema.Senso crítico sobre limitações, riscos e uso responsável da IA.Comunicação clara com públicos técnicos e de negócio.Informações adicionaisNome do Cargo: Pessoa Engenheiro de IALocal de trabalho: Modelo de trabalho híbrido 3X2 (3x na semana presencial), em São Paulo/SPPlano Médico e Odontológico sPLRPrevidência PrivadaPlano PecúlioVale transporteSeguro de Vida Auxílio Funeral Vale AlimentaçãoVale RefeiçãoAuxílio CrecheAuxílio Home-Office Programa de aluguel de veículos oferecido em parceria com o Banco Volkswagen.Compra de veículo zero com desconto na VWB  Gratidão por Tempo de Serviço
