Precisa gostar de trabalhar em equipe e possuir espírito colaborativo.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesLiderar a identificação, avaliação e aplicação dos mais recentes avanços em Machine Learning e Inteligência Artificial para desenvolvimento de soluções inovadoras e escaláveis; Projetar, desenvolver, validar e monitorar modelos preditivos e soluções baseadas em IA em ambientes de produção; Comparar resultados de diferentes metodologias, definir métricas de sucesso, interpretar resultados e recomendar abordagens técnicas para stakeholders técnicos e de negócio; Definir arquiteturas de Machine Learning e IA Generativa, garantindo desempenho, escalabilidade, segurança e manutenibilidade; Desenvolver, otimizar e implantar soluções analíticas utilizando ferramentas e frameworks de código aberto, como Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch e tecnologias correlatas; Liderar o desenvolvimento e evolução de algoritmos de geração de texto, recuperação de informação, análise semântica e aplicações baseadas em Large Language Models (LLMs); Pesquisar, implementar e aperfeiçoar técnicas avançadas de IA Generativa, incluindo fine-tuning, quantização, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), model distillation, prompt engineering e estratégias de otimização para casos de uso específicos; Estruturar e implementar pipelines de MLOps para treinamento, validação, monitoramento contínuo e implantação automatizada de modelos;Atuar como referência técnica para a equipe, promovendo boas práticas de desenvolvimento, revisão de código, documentação e mentoria de profissionais menos experientes; Colaborar com equipes multidisciplinares para traduzir desafios de negócio em soluções de IA de alto impacto.Requisitos e qualificaçõesGraduação em Ciência da Computação, Engenharia da Computação, Engenharia Elétrica ou áreas correlatas; Experiência sólida no desenvolvimento de soluções de Machine Learning e Deep Learning em ambientes produtivos; Experiência avançada em Python e conhecimento em C/C++; Domínio de Programação Orientada a Objetos, Estruturas de Dados, algoritmos e padrões de projeto; Experiência prática com frameworks de Deep Learning, como TensorFlow, Keras e PyTorch; Experiência comprovada no desenvolvimento, treinamento, ajuste e implantação de Large Language Models (LLMs) e modelos generativos; Conhecimento avançado em Processamento de Linguagem Natural (NLP), embeddings, modelos Transformers e técnicas modernas de recuperação e geração de conteúdo; Experiência com técnicas de otimização de modelos, incluindo fine-tuning, quantização, pruning e distillation; Experiência com pipelines de MLOps, CI/CD, versionamento de modelos e monitoramento em produção; Vivência com ambientes Linux, Git, Docker e arquiteturas de microsserviços; Capacidade de atuar de forma autônoma, liderando decisões técnicas e influenciando stakeholders.Informações adicionais“O Instituto de Pesquisas Eldorado valoriza um ambiente diversificado e se orgulha de ser uma organização que oferece oportunidades de forma igualitária.
