Será responsável por desenvolver, revisar e estruturar orçamentos de CapEx e OpEx ao longo do ciclo de vida dos projetos, envolvendo equipamentos, materiais, obras civis, montagem eletromecânica, sistemas, serviços, logística, tributos, contratos e interfaces técnicas. Descrição detalhada:Elaborar e gerir orçamentos CapEx e OpEx para projetos industriais, infraestrutura, energia, biogás e biometano.  Realizar estimativas e composição de custos envolvendo engenharia, obras civis, equipamentos, montagem, tubulação, automação, logística e comissionamento.  Realizar estudos de viabilidade técnica e financeira, análise de cenários, investimentos, fluxo de caixa, margens e retorno.  Desenvolver análise e equalização de propostas técnico-comerciais de fornecedores, EPCistas e prestadores de serviços.  Comandar a gestão de riscos e oportunidades, identificando impactos financeiros, lacunas de escopo e possibilidades de otimização.Apoiar à contratação e gestão de mudanças, incluindo revisão de escopo, negociação e estruturação contratual.  Gerir banco de dados de custos, indicadores, benchmarks, fornecedores e referências de mercado.  Realizar análise de mercado, acompanhando preços, fornecedores, tendências e impactos logísticos.  Elaborar relatórios e apresentações executivas para suporte à tomada de decisão e governança.  Atuar na interface multidisciplinar com Engenharia, Projetos, Suprimentos, Financeiro, Jurídico, Operações e Diretoria.  Garantir a conformidade com normas técnicas, requisitos legais, segurança, qualidade, meio ambiente, políticas corporativas e na melhoria contínua de processos, metodologias e ferramentas de engenharia de custos.Requisitos e qualificaçõesComo requisito básico, você deve ter:Formação superior completo em Engenharia Civil, Mecânica, Elétrica, Produção, Processos, Energia ou áreas correlatas;Experiência em Engenharia orçamentária, estimativas Capex/Opex, planejamento e controle de custos em projetos industriais;Vivência em projetos de grande porte/capital intensivo, especialmente energia, biogás, óleo e gás, mineração, saneamento e infraestrutura;Engenharia de custos, composição orçamentária, viabilidade econômica, modelagem financeira e análise de propostas; Conhecimento de custos de obras civis, equipamentos, montagem, tubulação, elétrica, automação, logística e comissionamento; Excel avançado, Power BI e MS Project.  Você se destaca se tiver:Pós-graduação em Engenharia de Custos, Gestão de Projetos, Engenharia Econômica, Finanças ou áreas relacionadas;Experiência com sistemas corporativos, tais como: SAP, TOTVS, Sienge, SINAPI, TCPO ou softwares de custos; AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, SolidWorks ou ferramentas 3D;Certificações PMP/PMI/IPMA/Prince2;Inglês Avançado.  Informações adicionaisCaracterísticas da vaga:Regime de contratação: Regular Office (Presencial)Local de atuação: São Paulo/SPHorário de trabalho: 09h às 18h Benefícios contemplados na vaga:Plano de saúde 💳Plano Odontológico 🦷Seguro de vida ⛑️Transporte 🚌Alimentação 🥖Convênio com Totalpass🏋️‍♀️Descontos e parcerias com diversas instituições de ensino 📚
