Você será responsável por desenvolver, validar, atualizar e otimizar programas de testes das eletrônicas dos veículos na linha de montagem final baseado nas especificações do setor de desenvolvimento do produto através de software de programação com o fim de assegurar o correto processo. Configurar e parametrizar as unidades de comando dos diferentes tipos de veículos nas diversas fases de desenvolvimento do produto. Manipular redes TCP/IP, CAN, UDS e Wireless. Além de planejar, desenvolver e introduz modificações dos atuais processos de produção através de estudos de layout, mão-de-obra, equipamentos, instalações, infraestrutura e fluxo de atividades. Atuar junto ao setor de desenvolvimento do produto buscando soluções viáveis de serem manufaturadas em série. Desenvolver estudos e pesquisas visando à utilização da mão-de-obra e demais recursos de produção.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesImplementação de meios, dispositivos e equipamentos, nas fases de definição, aquisição, construção e instalação nas linhas de produção da Volkswagen EHS (Southern Hemisphere), incluindo desenvolvimento de layouts, processos e meios de fabricação;Eleboração de rotinas de programação para os módulos eletronicos veiculares (comissionamento) de acordo com específicações técnicas (IPPP);Elaboração de memoriais descritivos técnicos para contratação de equipamentos, instalações e mão de obra;Tratativa de projetos com fornecedores nacionais e estrangeiros;Gerenciamento de projetos (cronograma, plano de controle financeiro e qualidade, implementação);

Requisitos e qualificaçõesSuperior completo em Engenharia ou Tecnologia.Desejável Pós/Especialização em Gerenciamento de Projetos.Obrigatório inglês intermediário.Desejável espanhol e/ou alemão.Desejável conhecimento em Gerenciamento de Projetos e Instalações Industriais;Habilidades de programação no uso e desenvolvimento de software (Java, Python ou comparável);Arquitetura elétrica/eletrônica (equipamentos e veicular) / Automação Industrial;Protocolos de comunicação (ex. CAN, LIN)Microstation / CATIA / Process Designer e Simulate;Enchimento de Fluídos Veicular;Power BI / Office 365;Experiência na área automotiva (OEM´s, fornecedores); Disponibilidade para trabalhar em todos os turnos e atividades em finais de semana.
