Se você se identifica com nosso propósito, vamos juntos imaginar um futuro e engenhá-lo?Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesDescrição sumária:Garantir a execução e os resultados dos projetos de engenharia sob sua responsabilidade, detalhando o plano de projeto conforme alinhamento com os profissionais responsáveis, fazendo a interlocução com as partes interessadas e acompanhando as atividades das diversas especialidades, a fim de contribuir com a realização dos contratos dentro das especificações acordadas com o cliente.Descrição detalhada:Conduzir e monitorar todas as fases do processo FEL (FEL 1, FEL 2 e FEL 3), assegurando qualidade técnica, prazos e custos.Elaborar, revisar e consolidar a documentação necessária para aprovação dos gates de FEL, garantindo aderência às normas internas e requisitos de governança.Coordenar equipes multidisciplinares e fornecedores externos, promovendo integração entre engenharia, operações, suprimentos, finanças e demais áreas envolvidas.Acompanhar indicadores de desempenho dos projetos, propondo ações corretivas e preventivas.Garantir a conformidade com padrões de segurança, meio ambiente e qualidade em todas as etapas do projeto.Planejar e definir escopos de projetos, coordenando estudos de viabilidade técnica e econômica.  Gerenciar cronogramas, custos, riscos e qualidade, assegurando entregas dentro do prazo e orçamento.  Apoiar a tomada de decisão para aprovação de investimentos, com foco em otimização de recursos e geração de valor para o negócio.  Implementar práticas de governança e compliance, assegurando sustentabilidade e responsabilidade corporativa.  Requisitos e qualificaçõesComo requisito básico, você deve ter:Ensino Superior Completo em Engenharia Civil, Engenharia Elétrica, Engenharia Mecânica, ou áreas correlatas;Inglês Fluente;Experiência consolidada em gestão de projetos de capital (CapEx) em ambiente industrial - Mineração é Diferencial;Conhecimento avançado em metodologias FEL e gestão de portfólio de projetos;Garantir comprimento de requisitos de segurança, prazos, escopo, custos e qualidade.
