Atualmente, o instituto se aprofunda em temas relacionado à dados, machine learning, inteligência artificial e quantum computing, com pesquisas conduzidas por colaboradores da própria Instituição.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPromover a cultura de propriedade intelectual dentro da empresa, influenciando novos desenvolvimento Fornecer suporte técnico a inventores durante o desenvolvimento de novas tecnologias Gerenciar o portfolio de propriedade intelectual da empresa Realizar buscas de anterioridade e analisar a patenteabilidade das inovações propostas. Colaboração com equipes de P&D para identificar inovações que possam ser patenteadas Suportar escritrio parceiro no processo de redação e submissão dos pedidos de patentes Prestar consultoria na definição de estratégias de propriedade intelectual Ministrar treinamentos para inventores e gestores, promovendo a conscientização no tema. Apoiar processos administrativos de nulidade e fornecer subsídios técnicos para o exame de pedidos Monitorar patentes de concorrentes, identificando oportunidades de inovação ou possíveis infrações. Elaborar relatrios técnicos, incluindo análises de mercado e cenários patentários. Suportar na análise de propriedade intelectual nos contratos de parcerias com Universidades e ICTs.
