A pessoa Engenheira do Produto, com foco no desenvolvimento e validação de sistemas de transmissão de torque e acionamentos, envolvendo atividades experimentais e testes, com foco na evolução e transformação para hibridização.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesResponsável pela execução e/ou avaliação de testes, visando suportar a aprovação BMG e a liberação K, relacionadas ao desenvolvimento e à implementação de sistemas de transmissão automática e mecânica, caixa de transferência e diferencial dianteiro, aplicáveis aos veículos do portfólio atual e futuro, incluindo seus respectivos sistemas periféricos de acionamento e fixação;

Suporte às áreas Comercial, Logística, Qualidade e Planejamento, incluindo descrições técnicas, solução de problemas, análises, propostas de novos conceitos e iniciativas de redução de custos;

Avaliação e solução de problemas em componentes e veículos nas fases de pré-desenvolvimento e desenvolvimento, relacionados aos sistemas mencionados, bem como suporte ao desenvolvimento de transmissões híbridas;

Alinhamento técnico das atividades e ações da Engenharia da VWB junto às Engenharias da VWAG, Škoda, VW Argentina e fornecedores.Requisitos e qualificaçõesSuperior Completo em Engenharia Eletrônica, Mecânica, Mecatrônica ou automobilística; Pós em Engenharia Automotiva (Desejável);Inglês avançado (mandatório};CNH B ativa;Disponibilidade para viagens nacionais e internacionais;Interesse em motores de combustão e híbridos bem como suas respectivas transmissões mecânicas ou automáticas e sistemas de acionamento;  Experiência na área de Powertrain;Iniciativa e liderança. Bom relacionamento pessoal para trabalhos em time.Habilidade para elaborar apresentações em MS Office e conduzi-las de forma clara, estruturada e lógica.
